Very very reliable moving company. Needed to move from downstairs to upstairs apartment unit of our walk-up apartment building. Move4U arrived on time and with moving supplies/tools. 4 guys finished moving everything in about 2 hours including disassembling and reassembling some very large ikea bed frames with built in drawers. Nothing was damaged and the team was very respectful and workmanlike throughout the process. They provided a quote when I inquired and the actual cost was below that quote when all was said and done. I've moved a lot...A LOT...and everything from the quote down to the last box being taken off the truck was by far the BEST moving experience I've ever had. The owners communicated with me. The movers were prompt, courteous, and just as nice as could be. There was one small boo boo that was really no one's fault, but I could tell the mover felt bad. There was a folding bookshelf leaning against the wall and it slid down and left a little rub mark on the wall. It was easily covered with the couch and won't take much to fix. We moved at the end of June 2020 and I was worried about finding affordable and professional movers. So many other movers were very expensive, but when I called Move4U they quoted me a very reasonable price. I had many questions before the move and every time I called them, texted them or emailed them, they answered my questions right away. I was very concerned about them wearing masks and gloves because we were moving during the pandemic, they told me they take their temperature every day and they always wear masks and gloves. Wow! What a phenomenal group of guys! We were so nervous to pick movers after reading horrendous stories online of the ay people treat your stuff. They guys were on time, fast, efficient, wrapped every piece of furniture with blankets and special wrap. Not one wall was knicked or one thing left out of place! It only took them about 2 hours to load up a 4 bedroom house it was incredible. They also were just so polite and helpful. They put our bed back together at the new place, arranged our stuff in the basement and put boxes in the correct rooms that we asked.
