I used their service yesterday (03/29/20), they gave me a 12-3pm window, the guys called me prior to coming out, gave me a heads up which I needed because I was not at the pick up location. They got to my apartment at 12:10. Marcus, Vann, and Kurtis show up, and my first thought was, "wait did I ask for a 3 man crew or 2?" because the 3 man crew was extra per hour. They told me, no you're down for a 2 man crew but you're getting all 3 of us today! Wow, how great is that, no extra charge! So, right away I informed the guys that I added an extra stop (to a storage unit), than originally planned. No issue. I let them know which items were for storage and which items were going to the new house. After we got that handled, THEN they started the clock when the first box got touched. So, you don't have to worry about this company trying to take advantage of that hourly rate. They start when the first box is touched and stop the clock when last box is dropped off. These guys did an amazing job and were very careful with the boxes that i had marked fragile, they communicated well with each other and that lead to getting the job done quicker (than I expected). At the storage unit, they put it together like a puzzle getting all my boxes and china cabinets, and etc in place. Once at the new house, they were on top of it, they got everything moved in and set up really quickly. Once the job was done, Marcus gave me the breakdown of the bill, no surprise fees, it was exactly what Kurt told me it would be. Thanks again to Big Heart Moving!

I interviewed about 6 moving companies and right away from talking with Abner I felt comfortable. Other moving companies were very persistent, trying to sell me, and seemed dishonest. Abner was very responsive and straight forward but did not contact me again after initial quote until I decided to go with him. He garunteed pick up date and arrival date (and time and was 10 minutes early each time!) which was huge for us as our move had to be very scheduled and other companies quoted us a 2 week interval (or more!) of when our items would be delivered. His crew in Houston arrived and packed our entire apartment, included disassembling basic items. They were extremely professional and efficient. Every item even valuable and breakable items arrived in perfect condition. He met us in San Fransisco 5 days later and him and two others unloaded all our boxes and assembled any dissassembled items. Again very professional and efficient. Iron back movers turned what could have been a very stressful move into 0 stress. Abner was extremely hardworking, professional, and easy to work with as was every member of his team. We hope we can use him for any future moves even though we are no longer in Houston!

They were very responsive when we inquired (via text) and I liked that they charged per hour based on the number of movers you requested. We scheduled the moving date, signed a contract, and were ready to go! On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and they were so quick in moving everything! within two hours everything had been moved out of our townhome! It took them another hour and a half to move everything to the new place. Very impressed! They also wrapped certain pieces of furniture for us and disassembled as well as assembled others. Cost was reasonable as well. I would say they are more cost efficient compared to other movers we had inquired. They were informed that it was a small 5ft grand piano that neaded to go down one flight of stairs with a turn. When they arrived they looked at the piano and were shaking their heads. That rose a flag as I have tuned many grand pianos in my 35 years as a piano tuner. They told me they could not move it because the piano is too heavy. It was a small five foot grand. They had 4 guys there! Their Ad says no job too big! Ad says 100% GUARANTEE! They were very inexperienced if they could not do this because PIANO MOVERS do this every week in this business. A five foot grand is the smallest made- too heavy? THEY BAILED ON ME AND LEFT! If I could give zero stars I would.
