I think the guys name is Curtis that does the responding. He would get right back to me every time I had a question like right away. They were so great about getting me all set up on the day I needed. And they were here right on time. They also gave me a 30 minute heads up. When they arrived, they introduced themselves. It was Donald and Eddie. Both guys were the nicest guys and so helpful. Now I am a little OCD when it comes to my stuff. And we had just bought a brand new fridge, washer/dryer and brand new leather recliner couches so I am pretty on movers to make sure they handle with care. And boy did they ever handle with care! These guys were the best packers and so considerate of my belongings I just let them do their thing without me micro managing! I totally trusted them moving my things and even going into our home they handled everything with such great care like it was their own stuff. I know that this company only has like 5 reviews, but check out the reviews that yelp doesn't always put up there. I usually tend to go with places that have at least 50-100 reviews and companies that have been in business for a while, but I took a chance on them and let me tell you, they sure delivered on all they said they do. The guys are definitely not new to moving. Both Donald and Eddie have many years of experience moving people between them. Not a thing was scratched or dented. That is a huge accomplishment. Donald and Eddie also had to move a fridge and a big washer and dryer that was already in the home to the garage and they did that for me. And I know that washer and dryer were beasts too! You can't run a service business, confirm a job, then fail to show up or even communicate on the day it's supposed to happen. It's not complicated. It's literally the bare minimum of showing up for a labor job, and they couldn't manage that. Thankfully, Veterans Movers saved the situation at the last minute. However, my experience with YSP has been an exception to the latter. Ever since the first phone call when I set up my first two units with YSP, the staff has been exceptional in their help, advice and flexibility. I am now renting unit number five from them in my preparation to move abroad once again. They have always acted in ways that serve my best interests rather than only being concerned with their own needs as I have found other storage facilities often do. They are willing to go the extra mile to insure I want to use continue to use their facility. In my history with other storage facilities, the reverse of this attitude has often been my experience with the facility operators usually threatening the fact that they have waiting lists, yada, yada, yada. Almost forgot to mention that payments are done online and are easy to make. You really won't regret using Your Storage Place. Elray and Bill are tops in customer service and satisfaction.
