A few can ruin the team. Frank is a hard worker and a few others are too. But there were a few on the team that made everyone else look really bad. Frequent smoke and phone breaks, every 15 minutes. Lots of talk and no work. We gave them specific instructions on where to put what and they did the complete opposite. Complete disregard on expensive items and broke several other things. There were several shelves and drawers completely missed in the packing including under two sinks, bathrooms and kitchen. They packed our suitcase of clothes that we needed and trashed things that are irreplaceable. They left box cutters everywhere that my 5 year old found and cut himself with. They left power drinks and food behind that they brought. The storage unit was a complete mess with the mower ontop of and on its side leaking oil everywhere on everything under it. I can continue but I think you get the idea. They have much to improve on. I hope they take this review and improve on them for their next customer. read more

Its funny, I don't have real expensive stuff, but they wrapped it and handled it like it was spun gold/glass. I have already referred them twice. I used this company in the middle of May. From the initial contact through Yelp's quote feature, Frank (the owner) was super responsive and upfront about everything that the quote would entail. He provided an amazing quote compared to other companies I looked into. He was not pushy at all. one star for showing up on time. I chose this company because of the good reviews but they didn't do a good job for me. First, I should mention that I moved 3 times within the last 3 year for my work and hired 6 different teams so far, and this one was by far my worst. When I talked to Frank first, he seemed to be a nice guy over the phone and he said he will be coming with his team to help us move, but he decided to send me 3 inexperienced- Sleep deprived guys, and so the problem began. I asked one of the guys how long has he been doing this type of work and he said only a few days, second guy was moving so slow and very cranky (super tired) and the third guys (his lead guy) asked me to make him coffee (which I did) but then he really took his time with 3 cups and listening to his music for almost 2 hrs. I called Frank 2 hours in the job saying that his 3 guys are in the kitchen for 2 hour and I am concern about finishing the job and he told me that "THEY ARE CUTIOUS". To make the story short, my biggest items where a king bed, a dresser, and a two full bed, everything else was already boxed. IT took these 3 guys 6 hours ( including my husband and myself) to load a 4 bedroom house with literally those 5 big furniture pieces ( no dining table, no couches, etc.) At the end, his helpers were just piling up stuff on top each other, the broke a few things and I took a picture and will ask him to pay for it. And when I expressed my frustration at the end of the job, Frank labeled me "a difficult customer." Not recommending his work read more

I was so hopeful and happy to read such great reviews here about Frank and his company.Everything up until moving day,which was scheduled between 11-12 noon today,was great. Very friendly,professional,responsive to my call.Text, questions about possibly moving a piano,which he was unsure of,but would be able to tell me for sure once he saw it.. etc Regardless,I needed to move a 1 bedroom apt with or without the piano ,he said he could fit me in Sat at the above time.Relief!.Last night,I saw I missed a call from a number I didn't recognize.No message was left,I figured wrong #... I went to text Frank this morning to ask for a 15min warning text so I could put my kitties away,and saw it was the same # I missed last night,I figured he was just confirming,but didn't worry,since he left no message.I texted at 10:30.At 1130 after not hearing back,I called just to make sure things were still on schedule.Voicemail.Fine,he's busy moving...another reviewer said they were late,so I gave it another hour and 15 minutes....yes,by now,I'm worried...12;45 I leave yet another message,stating I don't know how to interpret the no show, and lack of any response at all??please let me know what's up? did something bad happen? especially with the reviews of how great he is and professional... at 1pm ,a guy,not Frank, calls from the company saying frank called him and would he be able to cover my move?frank had something come up...and..that he would be here leaving from Roselle with one other guy to help,yes, I'm relieved that I don't have to find another mover last minute!..I asked about a third person,which is what Frank originally told me,and the guy sad,let me call Frank,I will call you back...After 10 min I texted I would hire guys from home depot to help at this point,and 2 people is fine if that's what is available..I just need to be moved..It is now 3 pm,no Frank,no second person,no call or text.I am baffled at the lack of consideration and unwillingness to simply call and at the very least,say he was over booked,sorry,anything?? Needed muscle to offload my mother's move to Rocklin, about 165 miles away. I called and Frank not only gave me a good price, but also advised what type of truck to order from the rental folks. (he was right, it was roomier AND less expensive) I received calls that morning that that the team was on time, and again when they were in the neighborhood. The 2 men showed up on time, were efficient, careful, and courteous. They were also respectful of the seniors in the ALF environment. Junior and Daigo were absolutely amazing! They arrived right at 2pm and got straight to work! My son's bed is a little bit complicated but they were able to take it down in no time! They are very friendly as well! They wrapped all my furniture and handle it as if it were there own! My tire even had a flat and they offered to change it which was amazing since it wasn't part of the job! I was amazes at fast they work! The unload was even quicker! Frank did a great job coordinating his crew and his pricing was exceptional. They were one-third the price of some of his competitors!
