Bought a sthil blower from here. We discussed with the owner of the business that if we buy a blower (350 +piece of equipment) he would inspect our other blower for free....which means 0.00 dollars right.... So we bring the one we have it in and buy a brand new blower. So I'm talking to the guys son I mentioend and he mentioned it at least 5 times the discussion we had with his father. Everything was copasetic. Hes telling us how to mix everything and jow it has to be used but when I ask for an pwners manual they have none. No worries I contacted sthil for one directly and they emailed it and I read it and we were compliant in the care and use of our product. We dropped the blower we already had that was laging for inspection and 1 week later had heard NOTHING. I called amd spoke to the owners son people were sick they were back logged and could not look at it. I said okay well we will be by this week to get it and do not bother to inspect it the owners son says yeah no problem I will pull it and let them know not to inspect. Okay great thanks. (A free inspection btw). So my other half goes to pick it up....and what happened. We were CHARGED by the owners son for an inspection and it was given back in multiple parts in a box....I mean seriously. So the owner starts apologizing MULTIPLE times but ignores the fact we had a verbal agreement which is recorded on their closed circuit security video and audio system as per the signs in their building...and doesn't respond to the refund request. Comes back and says the blower which is 3 weeks old TOMORROW is not defective were just jot running right. So to repair the blower as its not under warranty since its apparently an our use issue (which its not) were calling them charging us for the blower inspection charge that never should have happened and this blower again 3 weeks old which had failed due to "our use per the owner" were calling it even. The absolute gross absecence of customer service in here is painstakingly obvious and absolutely pathetic. Thr best part the owner loudly exclaims to his son in front of another custoemer as were walking out "I feel sorry for him" reffering to my other half because of his interaction with me.... Dont waste your money here. Supporting local is great when you don't have bad business owners to deal with. Save yourself stress take a trip out of town or contact the company directly to not have to waste your money in a business that doesnt deserve it. read more

Took my carpet cleaning machine to replace the water pump on the Kohler engine and they did amazing having my machine ready to service my customers in less than a day and the price was very reasonable!!! Thanks Art and Art Jr both were very helpful and understood the urgency as I need the machine repaired ASAP. Thank you Mowers Plus now I can get back to Reviving Carpet and Tile. Work for a construction company. Have had multiple pieces of equipment fixed with no issues at all.

Mower plus is fake . Arturo the owner dump. We have taken equipment to fix. They call us that it ready. When we use our equipment and it still not working. We take it back because it has 30 days warranty. When we pick up our equipment they charge us twice. Wow were not going to pay them for a job not done right. Take your equipment some were else. We waited for a part to come in that was needed for repair & we were never called with any updates.....NO COMMUNICATION!!! We called on the 13th day & was told our mower wasn't worth fixing. Took our mower there to get fixed and paid over $300. After only using it 3 times it's no longer working. They used a flimsy plastic piece to fix the chock throttle that of course broke. Upon fixing it ourselves we found several bolts & springs missing. Poor workmanship. I could have saved that money & fixed it myself...which I'm doing now anyways. read more

Yesterday, I called to see if they could put a blade on my mower. The owner's son was very nice and had the guys out in the shop do it very quickly and charged very little to do the work. I would highly recommend Mowers Plus for being honest and not costing a lot. read more

Avoid this company!! I took my chainsaw (which is still under warranty) in for warranty repair and after waiting over a month with absolutely no callbacks or communication from the company, I called them and was told that they will not do any warranty repairs on the chainsaw. They quoted me a ridiculous amount for repair which I denied, and the chainsaw was disassembled when I went to go pick it up. They refused to reassemble the chainsaw because the manager claimed the manufacturer didn't want to pay them for the diagnostic work. How is that my problem? So its over a month later and I still have a non-functioning chainsaw and its even worse off now because its disassembled thanks to Mowers Plus. What a joke. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for lawn equipment repairs. read more

DO NOT take your business there! As a woman, I was treated as if it was a bother to them I was there. And because I don't speak Spanish, the men at the service desk ignored me for 15 minutes until I spoke up a 2nd time asking for assistance. Then when I told them the edger my husband paid them to fix was still not fixed the guy tried to say that's not what it was brought in for. I said I assumed that a "servicing" meant it would be returned in full working order. He took the edger and walked out the door saying nothing. I could go on but you get the idea. read more

I took my lawn mower in for repair, and they charged me over $200.00 and still did not fix it, when I called to complain, they said it's not their job to try and start it before returning it to the client!!!! I told them I would give them a bad review on YELP and they said "oh we were going to fix it, but to bad for you now, and hung up on me." read more
