He diagnosed the problems and told me he would have to get back to me with an estimate as he needed to find the exact cost of the parts and that I would have the estimate by 5:00pm that day. No estimate came. Called the office at 9:00 and was told they would have the tech contact me right away. When noon rolled around and no response I called the office again. This time no one answered so I left a message. They obviously received it as shortly thereafter I got a text with some excuses but telling me it was being prepared and he would send it ASAP. Again, received nothing. I effectively wasted an entire day waiting for an estimate that never came. Now I have to start all over again with a different company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Totally useless.

He took a look at the ice maker and knew the problem almost immediately. A new part was ordered. The microwave display was not functioning correctly and we had another company come out twice before and couldn't get it working although they changed out several parts. Konstantin ordered the part according to the part number but when it arrived it did not match. Part number was correct but part was different. He did some quick researching, ordered another part that looks exactly like the defective part but with a different number and now works perfectly! Konstantin had a situation and found a solution! If you can't replace the part you have to replace the refrigerator costing thousands of dollars. I called another appliance parts store in the valley and they didn't have the part either but recommend calling All Desert Appliance. I called and they said that they had a used working fan motor. A used working fan motor is better than none at all so I drove out and got it. After installing it the refrigerator was running great! This is the first time I've used All Desert Appliance but from this experience I highly recommend them.
