My doors on the driver side were pushed in and destroyed. I drove that way for over a year because I was busy driving back and forth to NY and PA. I can now get in and out of my car by opening the driver side door instead of going in thru the passenger side. Also, Ben who had picked up a time or two when I would called and let me know about parts they were waiting for. Thank you! I ended up being stuck on the side of the road because the radiator hoses were not installed properly and then I had antifreeze all of the engine bay of my jeep and all over the road. I was missing the install clips and the electrical cover and with the jeep system not being reset the dash lit up with dash lights I had to look up in my manual while I waited for help.

An associate named "Derk" works at the facility and lemme tell you, the man lives up to the name. I wouldn't come back here again for the simple fact of him. My car was supposed to be done a week ago. Things happen, whatever. There was a-lot of me calling and either getting "we ordered more parts", "we ordered the wrong parts and have to reorder them" or "it should be done/we need more time" There were also no crystal* clear updates half the time. But Again, things happen. This was a 4 1/2 hour drive for me. About 1/2 hour left of my drive, Derpy calls me and tells me I need to pay X-amount of dollars. Claimed my insurance told him I'd be paying that, after my insurance company said the exact opposite. I hung up the call to call my insurance (they had no idea what he was talking about.) I called to talk to him again and got disconnected. No call back. Nothing. When I got there I dealt with Devin, and (unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she was incredibly sweet and helpful) They informed me the same thing my insurance company told me, and to not worry about what Derk told me. I've worked in customer service, and I can tell you, definite lack of professionalism. I'd never come back to this place. But that sweet lady in red in charge.

They matched my paint color perfectly even though it's an unusual light blue, and they updated me every step of the way. I don't know anything about cars but they did a great job explaining what they had to do. The staff was so friendly and eased my anxiety as this was my first time bringing a car in for anything on my own. They also worked directly with my insurance in the background (Allstate) so I was able to just pay my deductible and forget the rest! It only took a week to get my car back and they were accurate with their estimated finish time so I was able to plan accordingly with no last-minute schedule changes waiting on my car.
