The service was terrible! Three other patrons walked out including ourselves. I went to talk to the server with the short ponytail. He would not turn around. He continued to speak to the other server in Spanish.I started to leave the owner tried to get us to stay. He seemed to not know there were orders waiting. The owner was bringing food for him and his partner. I told him we ordered 45 minutes ago and still have not got our food however the people in the corner got here after us and they are eating. Great atmosphere and the Pho is even better. Ordered the Chicken Pho and the Steak Pho. Both soups were great. Also ordered the Chicken Fried Rice besides the bean sprouts it was also great. (I'm not a fan of bean sprouts) If you order soda they come in cans which I like because they don't get watered down with ice. You do have the option to pour the can of soda into a glass with ice. They only thing they are missing is a kids menu. Our son is only 2 but he loves Pho and all kinds of soups. So we had to share and I couldn't make my soup spicy with extra jalapeño. Waited 10 minutes to be seated around lunchtime; as soon as I was seated I already knew what I wanted but it took the waiter 20 minutes to come back over and take my order. Pho was great at MPM Pho! My husband and I both ordered the pho with rare beef. The rare beef was indeed rare and tasted very fresh and tender. Side herbs included basil, cilantro, jalapeño, bean sprouts, and lime. Ambiance was a bit funny, not sure how to describe it, but overall it was a good find. read more

It was nice to find a Vietnamese restaurant in Flagstaff. I was craving Pho so I was happy to find this restaurant. Waitress was nice but not very accommodating. They wouldn't allow my husband to substitute white rice for fried rice, we were fine paying extra, they also never offered to refill our drinks, Oh well... The pictures of appetizers must be blowned up, I'm not sure but the actual portion sizes was very small. My Pho was pretty good though. Nice little spot with good service. We only had the noodle bowl with pork & egg roll. The pork was extremely light in any marinade, but ok. Egg roll great. Nice solid overall. We'll be back to taste the pho broth. Oh, the incense was heavy if that is an issue also. read more

Found hair in my soup. Told the waitress about it, then proceeded to charge my card for the meals and told me there's nothing she can do about the hair. Then the manager came over and told me since I already ate half my meal there's nothing they can do about it. Rip off! Food quality is not good. Their Pho's are too salty and taste like it has MSG. Their basil and bean sprouts are brown and slimy. When we asked to get a replacement, we got the same brown and slimy quality. The owner and staff are not very friendly and barely stopped by our table to check things are going. To top it off, they charged us 18% service fee when they barely provided any service for our table. We would never come here again. read more

We recently decided to try MPM Pho for lunch the other day. I had the yellow curry which was flavored with lemongrass, very good. My fiancé had chili beef and he liked it. Stopped in Flagstaff on a road trip, saw several signs advertising for Pho, decided to go with it. Checked a few reviews and chose to go with MPM Pho. We were not disappointed. We placed a takeout order since they were closing soon. My wife had the Beef Rib Pho. Broth was seasoned perfectly. The ribs were bone-in with a weird cut to them but the meat was juicy and tender, though under seasoned. Came with cilantro, bean sprouts, lime, and some sort of spicy chili sauce. I had the spicy beef stir fry with rice. The heat was strong but didn't mask the flavors. The onions and peppers had a nice bite, cooked but still crisp. Staff was friendly and even offered to help me carry the food to my car. Only 4 stars because we had ordered two iced coffees, which they were out of when we arrived. Really would have loved to try it. Opted for two iced teas instead. They were delicious but gone after about 3 decent sips. Left us wanting more. read more

We were in Flagstaff for the night on our way to Los Angeles and we decided to get dinner to go here since I was craving Vietnamese food. We ordered the a vermicelli bowl and the beef with vegetables. The meat were chewy and overdone. The dishes were also on the salty side. Lastly, I am not an AZ resident so I am not sure if the $10-$12 price for the pho and vermicelli bowls are typical but in SoCal, that price is considered high end since I can get a good one for $7-$8. Today there were two unfriendly servers, the food was overpriced and not very good, there was a hair in my soup, the "rocket shrimp" was greasy and not spiced at all.
