I wasn't happy with my service many things went untouched and there was no real wow. I usually clean my own home but in this case I gave myself a break and paid for a deep cleaning, However that was unfulfilled& I had to clean many things(that are included)my self. I was very disappointed and will not be using this company again. I would not recommend. I did complain and was told that their team did the best they can after sending many picture of dirty items I was refunded 1st $50 and then $50 more. Our neighborhood cleaners! So affordable and friendly staff. They don't overcharge like other places and is always very helpful with questions. We have dropped party dresses, coats and formal dresses. They stay true to their prizes and don't give you extra excuses or extra fees. The lady had always been the friendliest and even on the phone calls, they do exercise great commitment to great customer service. We have been coming here for years. Today unfortunately they have lost 2 customers. As my husband and I won't be coming here anymore. I googled their hours beforehand for Saturday. The hours said they closed at 4pm. I walk in at 3:50 pm. As soon as I walk in the door, the blonde lady at the front desk says "we're closed" that was my greeting. I was confused and said "the website said 4 pm" and she seemed annoyed and asked "what do you need?" I told her I had a few alterations to drop off then she says "they need to be marked" to which I responded "they are all marked". Then she says again "we'll just so you know for next time, we close at 3:50pm" I'm thinking OK then why was the front door opened? And why does the website say 4pm? Worst service ever we normally don't come here, but we decided to bring 2 sweaters to be dry clean since it was convenient and next to the barbershop, we normally come to bad idea. We dropped off the garments on December 19. We went out of town for the holidays came to pick them up December 26 and tell me they are not ready. We go back the lady finally shows me the sweaters which are full of ink and apologizes, and says that one of her "employees"left ink on whatever machine she used and that ink got all over the sweaters.Requested a refund and she was not willing to give us one. Showed her that each of those sweaters cost between $150-$200. She still didn't care said she had to talk to the owner which I'm sure she is the owner and call us back to see how much she could refund us. She called us back gives us a refund of $80. Both sweaters cost close to $300 and she gives us $80. I asked her to give me the garments back because I rather donate them. She said she doesn't have that she throw them away. I said well why would you throw them away then proceeds to say well you can't donate them. There's ink all over the sleeve unless you cut the sleeve off by this time I'm already pissed off so I just walk away and never going back. read more

The worst cleaners ever. They did the trifecta. Ruined 2 shirts, damaged a new dress with a bad alteration job and lost my new pants. One of their employees obviously cut themselves and bled all over my shirts. My fiancée went back to complain about her dress been ruined and the owner was extremely rude. He said all sales are final and there is no returns. He took 5 dollars out of his pocket and threw it at her. I have been coming to the cleaners everyday since that happened and left him several messages to call me and he has not returned my calls. I'm still missing a pair of pants that go to my suit so now that's ruined also. Adnan Mallak lacks any resemblance to customer service and should be allowed to operate a business in Nevada. read more

If I could give this dry cleaners a zero, no a -5 star review, I would. I went to the location to have six white shirts dry cleaned and ironed, and it was $4.50 a piece which seemed kind of ridiculous and overpriced for cotton shirts (with a .50 fee if I wanted them starched) but I decided to try their services anyways. Upon inspection when I went to pick the shirts up, I quickly noticed the fact that the ironing job was quite shoddy. Not a single one of my shirts seemed pressed. When I rose this as a question to the sales associate she stated that the shirts were even "hand pressed". There were fine lines that were not flattened, and pinched sides and edges all along my shirts. If I had known the results were going to be so poor, I would have ironed them myself. There was a button missing from one of the sleeves which can happen and did not cause me much distress and it was tailored there. However, I feel a great amount of irritation towards the fact that as I moved the shirt with the missing button, I found the shirt behind it had yellow speckled stains and one large pool towards the lower hem. Mind you, I have NEVER worn this shirt. I had initially bought it and had it prepared for a trip, but due to rushing, forgot it last minute. I have yet to touch the shirt and simply wanted it to be freshened up. The sales woman had the audacity to tell me that I OBVIOUSLY had worn it before and I was the one that apparently dropped food and left oil stains all over. To my surprise, she stated the workers there "would never cause such a mess" and the stains would have covered more surface area if it was done by the cleaners. As if the spotted yellow mess were not enough. I was not only not impressed by the services, but I was also accused of being a liar. I will never come back to this dry cleaners ever again and suggest that anyone else who is curious about going take their business elsewhere and not waste their time on such a unprofessional business that cannot carry out the simple jobs they are to perform which is quality dry cleaning, proper ironing, and friendly customer service. read more

I dropped laundry and dry cleaning three times. Each time there was something wrong. The major issue is discoloration, dingy gray whites and a split in appearance. I have been using this business for almost two years now and drop business pants and shirts off every other week. I have never had a problem with their work and all my clothes are clean and pressed. Could I give this place a 0? I would if I could! Let me start by saying that I had my dry cleaning done here a few times before with satisfactory results. I tested their cleaning on the less expensive clothes and they seemed fine, so I decided to bring my more luxurious garments to get cleaned (several silk blouses, to be exact)...and it was a huge mistake! They ruined a $200 silk chiffon blouse completely (color bled all over, shrunk 2 sizes) and semi-ruined another silk tunic (this one just shrunk too but not so drastically). My favorite blouse, however, is unrecoverable...it looks like a wrinkled piece of dirty rug now, and not like a beautiful stylish garment that I was saving for better occasions and therefore got to wear only three times:(( Here I need to mention that I had it dry cleaned at two other businesses before and it was completely fine, no problems at all - it still looked brand new. Did they just decide to wash a silk blouse at Mr. Cleaners??? I also want to note the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff: after they took my blouse, I came by twice to pick it up and they just kept saying that it isn't ready. They promised to call me when it is ready and never did. On my third visit, they finally confessed that it was ruined beyond repair and handed me a dirty-grey piece of cloth... I was very upset but I decided not to cause a scene and instead to give them a chance to make it up. The front lady said she would contact the owner and they would try to find me a similar blouse online or reimburse me somehow. Not hearing from them again for a week... Tried to contact the owner and when I finally did, he said that he didn't feel responsible for the damage and would not provide any compensation. He was quite rude and unapologetic on the phone. Please take your nicer clothes elsewhere if you want to receive in a wearable condition after cleaning. This place is a disaster! read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I had brought my pants in to be altered. When I came to pick the up, I had not been able to try them on until a couple days after. When I had tried them on, it almost seemed like nothing was done to it. The pants were still 3 inches too long. I took them back in and told them they were still too long, and the lady doing the alterations wanted to charge me full price a second time! If I could give this place no stars I would. Went in to get my dress pants hemmed and tapered. When I picked it up later that day, it wasn't as tapered as I wanted so I called and asked a guy named Kevin if they would charge me to fix it and he said no just bring it back the next day and they would fix it no problem . I bring it back the next day and tell them it's not as tapered as I wanted it and told them the guy Kevin told me you guys could fix with no extra charge . The lady says no we have to charge you again . I was pissed. The employee already told me I would get charged . So the second time they had to taper it , it was $15 and the first time the charged me $20? Totally jacked me for my money. Only had them do it again because I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I picked up the final product and my pants were stained . The only good thing about that place was the lady I picked it up from, she was nice . She was the only one that was nice including that Kevin guy. Never come here, they ripped you off and ruin your shit. read more
