Wow!!! Definitely satisfied with the customer service at this place. I really needed to get my husband's suit pants hemmed and they were very accommodating. The pricing is decent compared to other places, and for what you would like to get serviced. They are located next to Island Flavor, so you can grab yourself some yummy lunch next door lol. Back to this business though, Jun was was to hem both legs on my husband's pants very neatly, it looked brand new. With hemming, I think dry cleaning is not included - it is separate but they do ask you if you want your item dry cleaned as well prior. Noted: they only accept cards when it is $10 and above. I had been coming here almost for 3 years, cleaning my wore drop once in 2 weeks. One day I picked up my order, I put on my clothes and went to work. The clothes had a very weird smell, like chemicals. Then after an hour I got rushes on my body and it started itching. I contacted them right away, but a rude person saying that she is a manager told me that she will help me out to re-do them. But she didn't, on top of that she was rude. I picked my clothe the second time and got the same smell, I called her again and she she blamed it on me and called me a LIAR. Had to talk to owner and take to the other location. I forgot over $100 in a pants poket once and they called and told me they have it. Always on time and the Latino lady is always nice. The Asian lady that does the alterations is always on time with their estimates. Really great service and really good prices! It's next to island flavor and chevron so I get a lot of stuff done all at the same time. I will be sad to leave them honestly cause I am moving to Hawaii. Such nice people here. Every time I come here very polite and the cost is very fair. I originally found this place a few months back looking to clean one of those small furry blankets. It's about a twin size. Everyone else wanted between 35-45$ they only charged 25$. It was done very quick and when I picked it up they had it in a nice protective bag for me. Today I went in to drop off clothes and they seemed very busy but still took my order quick. I am also in a boot from leg surgery and one of the Velcro prices broke. They were nice enough to see it back together right there for me. It only took a moment and they didn't charge me. I left her a nice tip for her work. My first time ever using Sunshine Pro Cleaners and I am extremely unimpressed. I dropped a dress off because it had a stain. They were unable to remove the stain and still charged me 5.75. I had to even make a trip to the ATM after trying to pick up my dress because they do not take credit cards for balances under $10. Never coming back. read more

I recently used them to get a bridesmaid dress altered. It was way too big and they were able to make it fit perfectly. The dress was a size 12 and I'm a size 6. Bridesmaid dresses usually have a ton of fabric, which this one did, and a ton of beading. They were able to take a few inches of fabric off each side and take the dress in to half its size. They also did a great job removing and replacing the beading where they had to cut out fabric! I didn't think it could be done and they did it perfectly. Also the price was very reasonable. The other bridesmaids had to have theirs altered as well, they don't live in Vegas, and they paid 3x as much as I did. I just brought them a pair of dry-fit/work out pants to have thicker elastic put in the waist. They knew exactly what I wanted and I'm confident when I pick them up next week they will be perfect. read more

I thought this was going to be the place for me until recently. I walked in with a comforter that had lots of hair on it. They took it before and cleaned it with no problem which is why I CAME BACK. The second time was not so easy, they sent back my comforter to me and said they couldn't clean it because there was too much hair on it. I was confused because they cleaned it already once... it's a dry cleaner why wouldn't they? That's ok, I just took my business elsewhere, MINT LOCKER to be exact, and they cleaned my comforter with hair on it with no problem. Maybe they changed ownership since the last time I dropped off my belongings because this wasn't the same lady from before. read more

Went in for some alterations and the staff is incredibly friendly and eager to earn your business. The alterations werent quite perfect after the first fitting so they fixed the hem of the dress and at first wanted to charge more as to fix the problem they had to also hem the liner. Long story short they honored the original quote of $35 to hem the bridesmaid dress and I was happy once it was ready for pick up still in plenty of time for the wedding! read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! If there was an option for ZERO stars that would fit appropriately. Had several shirts come back with oil stains at the bottom of my shirts. I went in and told them and paid for them to re clean. When I got them back they had even more stains around the same spot! I asked what they would do about replacing them and was told nothing they would do and that i must work in the oil industry! I am in real estate and bring my Calvin Klein dress shirts without stains and have never done hard labor, especially in a dress shirt! After finally getting the owner on the phone he told me that the stains were already there, and mind you three people walked out and said "thank you I thought it was just me...". These people are horrible and don't even offer anything in return, not even a free cleaning. To make matters worse, after paying they tried to not allow me to take my shirts. I will NEVER use this company again!!!!!! They also have another one called Green World Cleaners! The owner or manager is named Curtis and he will not help you when they ruin your clothes with oil and blame it on being a mechanic in a dress shirt. If they ruin your stuff they will only threaten you and tell you it's your fault! read more

My wife is very picky about her clothes for work. She works at a boutique downtown. The place we were getting her clothes dry cleaned was cheap ($1.99) for all pieces, but the pressing was terrible and we had to keep taking pieces back to be repressed. We live in Mountain's Edge and wanted to find a good dry cleaners that was close by and could meet my wife's standards. Sunshine cleaners is a little more expensive, but my wife was very happy with their work. You get what you pay for. We will be using them from now on. read more

I original started using this cleaner a long time ago but thought they had gotten slippy with the pressing so i switched to a different cleaner. I recently returned because i had heard that there was a new owner. The service is very friendly, they always get my clothes back quickly and the price is reasonable. They have some new employees who seem to go above and beyond to help the customers. The lady that works weekends and evenings remembered my name and asked about my daughters dance recital, i had only been in 2 x since she started working there.
