I am so sad. I should have listened to the other reviews. But I've always trusted Tide for my dry cleaning and never had issues before, which makes this recent experience even more disappointing. I brought in four items, and two were returned still dirty. When I asked about it, the employee was rude and said full cleaning isn't guaranteed because some spots are "tough," but I was able to scratch dirt off my dress myself, so idk how there was any cleaning. I asked for a refund and she said no services were provided but how were they provided when clearly my items were still dirty. When I requested they be redone, she slammed the items into a basket and gave me attitude. To make matters worse, when I picked them up again, my House of CB dress had damaged stitching. I just happened to see their Grand Opening promo coupon (2 items free on 9-28-2019 only) for their (Rainbow/Warm Springs location) and decided to swing by with my suit and long neglected chef coat. There was not a long line of people here, but it was a steady flow of walkin customers and those in their cars at the drive-up valet. To speed up the customer turnover and reduce wait time, Chris pulled me aside to help setup my account for my first visit. He also explained the how the service works, especially the Express pickup and 24x7 Anytime Drop off (both of these are accessed from the outside). Given the successful grand opening promotion advertising via the coupon circulars, and most likely positive word of mouth, the turn around for my dry cleaning will take an extra day (not at all an issue for me). I look forward to picking up as early as Tuesday. And thanks for the goodie bag of Tide Pods, coupons and a sample pack of Amber Blossom Downy Infusions scent boosters. The environment and presentation looks exceptional, however that's about it, when it comes to the delivery aspect, it is unsatisfactory and disappointing. I must mention that I work in the casino industry so I have a lot of clothes I go through over the course of 4-6 months. So I will take my clothes in bulk however that is still no excuse for receiving service expecting a name like Tide Cleaners would do a great job just to receive undesirable results. First hand a lot of the necks on my button dress shirts are dirty per the norm for working full days, I mention this yet they do not do anything to clean it even tho I pointed it out I need the neck line to receive extra care. Secondly it seems they are in a rush just to get everything out of the way, as I personally went through each item I wanted more attention on and they clearly ignored any of my request and just returned suits and shirts with the same stains. Lastly again with the idea it seems they are quickly rushing through everything is the ironing process. All the lines are made from ironing are poorly made and the one most important request they completely ignored as I did not want my pants to be ironed with a fold at the bottom hem! I specifically made it clear and now I have pants with folds and in poor taste with a fold at the bottom hem. It goes without saying I will not return to this location and I do not recommend unless you only have 1 item as that is the extent of attention goes for. read more

Stay away from this location. They do not take responsibilities on damages. Brought in my wife's sweater for cleaning. Decent sweater from Sandro, definitely good quality for $150. She just bought it new and only wore it twice. After pick up I found two holes on the sweater, one in the front, once in the back. Brought it back and they said that they will fix the holes for me. When they returned the sweater, they only patched one of the two holes, and the patch was very poorly done. I asked for a solution for this situation, the employee said that I will need to speak to a manager, but she is not at work that day. So I left my information and asked to have her call me the day after. Never received a call in the next two days. I called back, the employee said that the manager is on vacation. I said fine, have her call me as soon as she comes back. Another 4 days has passed, not a single call from the "manager". I stopped by the location and was told that the manager will be in the next day, asked me to come back tomorrow. I lost my patience and said I will not drive all the way over to see her, the employee promised me to have the manager call for sure the next day. And guess what, another 2 days has passed. NOT A SINGLE WORD FROM the "manager" They simply do not care and keep running away from the mistakes they make. This should be a simple solution in their standing, an apologize, a replacement or compensation for the sweater. And they should have me as a loyal customer. I started coming here when they first opened this location (Rainbow/Warm Springs). The proximity for me was great. I stopped going on a weekly basis quite some time ago due to a variety of inconvenient issues that you shouldn't have to worry about at a cleaner. Needless to say, I started going again just because of the locational convenience for me. What a mistake. 1. They send you coupons which is a nice touch, but they never actually apply them, even when shown at drop off, as other reviewers state. Rather annoying to have to tell them every single time at pick up. 2. They lose articles, and there is really no way for them to find them, especially if you are a regular. 3. They give you other people's items (two different people from this last visit alone). That explains where lost articles go. 4. Household items clearly aren't dry cleaned, but laundered, even if the item specifically states dry clean. 5. They offer boxing for shirts and whatnot, which is appreciated BUT even when the item has a tag on it to say fold, and the note is in your account (even showing on the receipt), it never actually happens. Visiting a cleaner shouldn't be this hard. These experiences aren't one offs, but regular occurrences which is just ridiculous. If you are good with all of these things happening on the regular, check them out, otherwise avoid them. read more

My fiancé and I came in the other day to drop off my wool jacket that needed to be dry cleaned. The second we walked through the door, we were genuinely greeted by the friendly staff. Since it was our first time here, they fully explained how everything worked including the 24/7 drop off service, which you can either walk in or drive up to their window. In addition, they have a promo for half off your first visit. They quickly set up an account for me and took my jacket. We were out the door in minutes. What's nice is that I even got an email the next day to notify me that my jacket was ready for pick up. I dropped a sweatshirt off to have a zipper put on. Sewing 101. Ok, maybe Sewing 102. No problem, we can do that. It will be ready in 2 weeks. That seemed like a long time, but, ok. Fast forward 2 weeks: I go in to find out their seamstress is not able to cut a sweatshirt and install a zipper. She said it has to go to a specialty seamstress?!? Cut a straight line down the middle and sew on a zipper! The part that is even more annoying, if they knew they couldn't complete this simple task, why didn't they call me so I could pick it up? First and last time I'll be trying any of the locations. I'm a LMT and have my own private practice; I use so many flat sheets throughout the week. Customer service, Presentation, and consistency has been key to the growth of my business. With that being said, I dropped off $100 worth of sheets/equipment (as a trial run) and 80% of the sheets were either messily folded or not even folded at all. I had to iron and steam multiple sheets ( work that I paid and tipped for). The hours at this location aren't correct. The "manager" that was on shift at the time was super unprofessional. Apparently, the owner is a "piece of shit for not understanding when the store closes" (conversation the "manager" was trying to get me to engage in) lol she then proceeded to tell me all of the details about why she was quitting and why she was turning in her keys. I dropped off (3) Blazers to your (Tide-Rainbow 0136) store on Thursday-(10/22/20). I picked up my order on Monday-(10/26/20), but only 2 out of 3 items were ready. Clerk said my 3rd Blazer needed more time & it would be ready next day after 5:00 pm. I did not stop in until a few days later and it was still not ready. I finally got an email notification saying my 1-piece is ready for pickup. I gathered up more shirts to bring in to clean when I picked up my Blazer. When I arrived at this store the clerk could not find my order, even though i showed her the email notification that it was ready. She was not helpful and borderline rude. I asked for a manager & she said they don't work on weekends so I would have to wait until Monday. This was on Friday-(10/30/20). She finally agreed to call her store manager (Shania Hagen), who said just tell him I'll look into it on Monday. So once again another person who is passing the buck & seems like she doesn't care. You lost or possibly damaged my Blazer & you want me to not care? I took my items I was going to let them clean back & said to take me out of your VIP system & entire system. I will take my business elsewhere where. If I don't hear back from Ms. Shania Hagen this upcoming Monday, I will have to chase down my Blazer, just to find out what really happened to it. No garment should take over a week to dry clean, so I would never recommend your services to any of my family or friends, especially how I have been treated. There are way too many others that do what you do with care. It's not about the cost involved, it's the principle and fundamental customer service that I did not receive. Tide cleaners LOST a family heirloom of mine, refused that they did as well as never made any attempt to rectify the situation. They gave me a bogus email to reach out to their "manager" and this guy sent me in a loop with an email and evading my attempts to contact them for an attempt at resolving an egregious error. This skirt was in my family since 1982 and they lost it and denied ever having received this as part of the clothes that I dropped off to be cleaned. What's worse is that after the error was made- there was absolutely no effort nor respect in helping us as clients to assuage the loss of a piece of clothing that was in our family for decades. They will never see me again after they not only lost this heirloom, dealt with it disrespectfully as well as in addition felted my wool products. What kind of professionalism is this? None at all. Zero Stars. Needed uniforms cleaned and military pressed by today. I dropped off two days ago . I called earlier today and they advised they will be done by 5pm . I show up at 5:30 to know they are behind due to computer issues and there was no way they would be done in time . Therefore not only were my uniforms not cleaned in time. I had to go to the blue diamond location to pick them up. All I got was a sorry apology. Which I understand it's the computers fault HOWEVER accountability ! Call your clients letting them know of the issues and be honest about time they will be ready !!! .
