We sat for over **20 minutes** without anyone coming to our table--not even to offer water. I eventually had to get up and ask someone to send a server over. What made it even more frustrating was watching other parties who arrived **15-20 minutes after us** receive water immediately and have their orders taken before anyone even acknowledged our table. After finally waiting another 10 minutes to receive our water, we had to track down our server again just to place our food order because no one returned to check on us. By that point, we had been sitting long enough and were more than ready to order. To make matters worse, we ordered an appetizer of coconut shrimp about five minutes after placing our entrée order, but it never arrived. After we had already finished our meals, we asked to cancel it, only to be told that our server had never entered the order in the first place. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the poor service. It lacked flavor and was very underwhelming. This experience was frustrating enough that I cannot recommend Reunion Kitchen. I initially wanted to believe this was simply an off day or an inexperienced server, but after hearing from two other people I know who described nearly identical experiences, it seems this may be a recurring issue. One thing that left me especially uncomfortable was seeing guests who arrived well after us receive prompt attention while our table was repeatedly overlooked. I can't say why that happened, but it certainly made us question whether we were being treated differently. I sincerely hope the restaurant looks into its service standards and ensures every guest is treated with the same level of respect and attention.

I personally loved their avocado egg rolls and their passion fruit sour. My friend had the best birthday and we are so happy about our experience at Finney's. Thank you again to Alyssa for all of your hard work and for being so cool and thoughtful. We had asked for waters to go but completely forgot them and Alyssa went outside to catch up with us and give us the waters. Such a lovely time! Great food and a good spot for bigger parties.

We decided to try Mr. D's after my husband spotted it while driving by and thought it looked like a charming little diner. Upon arrival, we were pleased with its nostalgic 60s-style decor, which added to the cozy atmosphere. We went right after work around 5:00 PM and were surprised to find the place empty. The service was excellent--friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The menu is impressively large, offering just about anything you could want. We started with two glasses of wine and chips with guacamole. Unfortunately, the guacamole was disappointing, as it was mostly onions and large chunks of tomato with very little avocado. Our meals came with soup or salad, and we both opted for the minestrone, which was decent. My husband had to send his back because it wasn't hot enough, but mine was fine. For our entrées, I had a turkey burger, which was good, while my husband ordered the turkey dinner. He also had to send his back to be heated, but he enjoyed it once it was warm enough. Overall, the food was decent but not particularly memorable. While there was nothing wrong with our experience, nothing stood out as exceptional either. Given the empty dining room and the restaurant's 3.5-star rating, I can understand why it's not a go-to spot for many. I have been coming here for about a year now and have had few problems at the restaurant. That was up until recently. There is an older man who sits up front and greets guests, and he seems to lack any motivation yo do his job correctly. For ex. My spouse and i came in one day and this man was playing around on his phone and he took a better part of a minute just to look up and acknowledge that we were here, then proceeded to fake apologise and sat us with our server. This this restaurant is a welcome addition to Fullerton's restaurants. They aim to please with a large menu. Their portions are generous and delicious. (I've had to take a box home both times) Breakfast is served all day. We've only been to their outdoor serving are but it's very comfortable and attended to constantly. Very clean. Our daytime waitress, Donna was very friendly and helpful. Watch your coupons...there's one out now for before 11:00 am. Also they have a special for thanksgiving pies. I believe me waiter's name was Joseph, and his warm welcoming demeanor, coupled by his persistent attention to detail - making sure my drink never went empty - made for a wonderful experience. Well we decided to give them one more try. We are so glad we did! They turned everything around. They have some wonderful people working there now. It's become our regular breakfast spot. The chicken and rice tasted great, and the teriyaki sauce was very good without being overly sweet. I was stuffed after finishing the bowl. This is a good deal at $10.99.

The menu prices say $13 for example for a plate but it is not accurate. It is actually $2-3 more and is false advertising. When the lady tells you the price it's so much higher even with the tax I always have other peoples food in my food mixed. Example: tomato slices, ends of sausage or bell pepper, and a hair The drinks have been watered down for over a year. The syrup needs to be changed and less ice. Also no carbonation. When you get the receipt of overpaying you can't even see a breakdown of what you ordered, just a big grand total This does not seem legal at all. Incorrect menu prices, overcharging, then not giving you a breakdown just a higher total. Seems really shady to me and the food is honestly plain bland. I'll never return here sadly. I'll have to go somewhere else in the area where they show you the charges and are on top of things. Please do better

I let it go in the moment but the whole exchange seemed strange. Being a customer service professional myself, it seemed intentional and I don't know what I did to deserve jt. Fast forward to getting my food, I go meet the others at church. I sit down and I realize they didn't give me any utensils so I walk back in and ask. Same individual again and again you thought I was asking for her to donate me her kidney when I asked for to go utensils. Mind you there is like 3 families in the entire restaurant so it's not busy at all. Go back and start eating. The hashbrowns are soggy with tons of salt on them, eggs overcooked and the sausage is undercooked - pink in the middle. Hoping I avoided any food poisoning was all I could do. Long story short, felt sick for the rest of the evening. Won't be returning as I wasn't valued as a customer, was made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff and was served unsafe/mishandled food. Cannot recommend and will warn others in the area to visit at their own risk.

Service is always on point, Salvador I believe is his name , has been very helpful and always remembers us and greets us. The ladies working the register are always patient when taking my order and give me pointers on what to order. My favorite drink is the orange blast reminds me of the old Julius drinks at the mall. My bagel was also a little too toasted, borderline burnt. I don't think I'd return to this particular location again.
