As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I usually have my partner come with me to get my oil changed. I recently had to get an oil change all by myself, and although I was embarrassed for feeling so clueless, the employee who worked on my car (I think his name was Blake??) was truly incredible and instantly put me at ease. He was so patient and understanding. All of the employees were working really hard. I was so impressed by their ability to multitask and still provide awesome, high-quality customer service. They apologized for my wait and explained that they were understaffed, but I didn't mind waiting at all because everyone was so nice! I drive an older Volvo, and resetting the oil change maintenance light is sometimes a bit tricky to figure out. Blake attempted to reset mine and said he wasn't sure how, but he immediately took out his phone and looked up a YouTube video to learn. Seriously so courteous!! I told him that I could play around with it when I got home because I didn't want to waste his time, especially while they were so busy. But I'm so grateful for his willingness to help! I also had a $10 off coupon, but Blake said he could give me a slightly better discount to thank me for my patience. It ended up knocking a few more dollars of my total cost, which was much appreciated. I'm getting all my oil changes at this location from now on! read more

Was waiting for a spot in the bay it was two other cars waiting. The bay I was in front of car left so they had me back up to let one of the other cars that was before me in the bay. I thought that was perfectly fine they were there before me. So another car pulls out just as another car was coming around. That car comes around and skips me. No One gave me an explanation so I just pulled off. Horrible customer service! read more

STAY AWAY! I had a battery replaced 10 months ago and it failed. I found it dead coming out of work and was able to jump-start to get it home. The next day I drove to the airport and found it dead again in the airport parking garage upon my return. This time I could not jump-start the car and had to replace the battery. I have been using the car with the replacement battery for a week with no problems (not a Valvoline battery). When I asked for a refund for the battery, they put a tester on the battery and said the battery was just fine. It went dead twice in the last 2 weeks and could not take a jump-start, but their tester says it is OK. They then disclaimed any responsibility because the battery that is labeled VALVOLINE and sold by VALVOLINE is apparently somebody else's responsibility. They take no responsibility for a failure in their products. STAY AWAY!! read more

2018 Chevy Cruz , WARNING if you go to this location ask first before any work how much is the service. Got a synthetic oil change for this car total out to be 100.00$ and something all I heard was 100$ this was after the 7 dollar off online coupon . I'm like the dealer charge 78 . I was charged less for my 2018 Buick Regal at a different Valvoline months earlier. After explaining the shock over the price . He changed it to 76.99 total with tax and all 82.41 . These are the next jiffy Lube there's a reason they are not as popular, ( check scam watch or check YouTube) and they didn't air my tires . read more

This place is ridiculous. The people are nice and friendly but I was waiting 45 minutes to get my oil changed and I was the first person there and waiting while people who arrived after me were being let in front of me. None of the workers communicate, and they are so lazy, on their phones and just walking in circles. This place was run by all children who didn't even know where the washer fluid gasket was. This place advertises fast oil changes and I was there for an hour and 20 minutes. read more

This place is amazing!! I loved the environment. Everyone laughing and communicating. The way they communicate is amazing as well. Made me feel really comfortable to be there, they got done super fast. Let me know what needed to be done, cost, how fast they could get it done, etc. when I asked for them to check the air filter they showed me a comparison of my old one and got MY opinion! Been going here for years. Usually great. Today, with no cars there the "workers" could have cared less to help a customer. As I pulled in they were rude and treated me like I was an idiot. After pulling all the way in I told them I would not be treated or spoken to badly so I immediately backed up and left. Apparently they are not used to this. read more

The workers are very nice. No prices posted anywhere, ended up over paying by a lot because they made us buy top of line oil for our car. Which to be fair the dexos oil is required in GM vehicles. But when I can find that oil for $22 from 3 other stores and you're charging me $90 for it? Was not very happy. Drained my oil before I could even ask what the price for an oil change was. After asking the worker why the oil was so expensive compared to the $22 oil he seemed to forget everything and had no explanation to why it was expensive. Will not return. read more

This location is great - very fast and efficient. They were doing a full transmission flush a few bays down when we pulled in for an oil change - they noticed I was pregnant and immediately made sure they got us in and out as quickly as possible so I wouldn't be breathing in the fumes. I hate being "that customer" who comes in right before close with something that can't be done in time before closing (I've been there and know how annoying it can be no matter what kind of job you have) but I really needed an oil change and came there shortly before they were supposed to close. Bobby and the young woman working above ground were so nice and helpful! (And the young man working under ground too as he directed my car in and changed my wiper fluid) They took the time to update my information, make sure I had everything replaced that needed to be and didn't make me feel rushed or like a pain. They even made regular conversation aside from the oil change talk. AND I got a discount. All while they should have been getting ready to go home. And I wasn't even he last one- two more cars came in before I left. I would have expected some attitude or little to no enthusiasm but they were the total opposite.
