My first appointment (March 23rd) was missed, and I was told it was due to confusion and that my appointment had been canceled by mistake. I accepted the apology and rescheduled for March 31st. Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend confirming everything multiple times or looking elsewhere.

I decided to have someone else finish the job and offered to pay for the materials and work completed. He insisted I pay the full amount because I didn't give him a chance to finish it so he "expected the full amount." He then proceeded to call me names and argue although I was offering to pay (more than I should have) for the work completed. A few days later he offered to take me out on a date because he liked how I was "stern and independent." I declined. When I venmoed him the payment, he responded with this and continued to text me unprofessional things because he was upset that I noted it was for the incomplete irrigation. I DO NOT recommend.

I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! It completely elevated the space, and it's made that area much more functional. It feels like something out of an interior design magazine. Rodrigo was certainly friendly and arrived on time. However, he wanted to charge $120.00 to do a simple, 20 minute door handle replacement. We told him we appreciated the estimate, but preferred to try to do the work ourselves or get another estimate that was less money. We discovered the next day when we went to work on the door that the instructions that were inside the box that he had been reading were missing. It is unconscionable to make off with our instructions just because we did not want the service at the estimated price. We do not recommend this person. read more

Not only can he do anything, he takes pride in his work and actually loves a challenge. Alex has all the tools needed to handle any job. Many handyman don't invest in the proper tools, so the work is compromised or hacked. His truck is clean and organized (IMO, an indicator of a good handyman). I've been designing and fabricating custom window coverings for over 33 years. Custom window covering installation is a specialized trade, and there is not many professional window covering installers are around anymore and I was concerned I wouldn't find anyone to install. I showed Alex how I wanted the rods installed and he had no problem understanding the process. The day he was schedule to come he had a cold. He called me and asked if I still wanted him to come given that he had a cold. Since it was just before Christmas, I wanted the house finished and was willing to risk catching his cold. I really appreciated that he worked even though he felt terrible. Alex is always prompt and reliable. He will also pick up any materials that you need. He keeps the area he's working in clean and leaves the job clean.

He has also replaced some of my sprinklers and sprinkler lines. We are very happy with his work, we call him for all our home repairs.

Yelp doesn't recommend reviews when they have reason to believe the reviews are ported by someone paid by the business. But in this case, this man doesn't even have a listened and this a crime in the state of Nevada! I cannot be more disappointed with the way ay my bathroom looks and the money I wasted. I'm not even convinced that if I shower in it, it won't leak everywhere and have water damage. He didn't even bother to properly waterproof my shower with RedGard around the seams, did not put thin set over the entire back of tiles and do not cover the seams of the concrete wall with thinset. One of the tiles installed is cracked. See pictures. The framing around the edges sticks out past the tile. The niche is all uneven and I had to ask him to uninstall two tiles that had already cured in the wall because he installed in the wrong direction. The list goes on. I will update my review with more detail pictures.
