Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of their account reps completely changed my opinion. When I called to simply reduce our service frequency, the rep's tone was instantly condescending and argumentative. She repeatedly talked over me, raised her voice, and refused to transfer me to anyone else, saying there was no one higher I could speak with. The call left me feeling disrespected. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior from Cintas before. It's disappointing to see a company known for good service tolerate that kind of treatment toward long-time customers.

They never bring back the correct amount of clothing that was dropped off the previous week and when you let them know, they either don't care and ignore you or they tell you that they didn't receive that amount. They are supposed to replace uniforms if they are in bad shape. They do not many workers here have shirts that are faded jeans really worn out they will not replace them. After so long of us bugging them that the uniforms were in terrible shape we were told that they could replace them they had us sign a form in which we were told that it was only to replace the uniforms when in reality we later realized they had us sign to renew our contract for 10 more years. At no moment were we told that we were renewing our contract we were told it was only to replace all uniforms! You email them about any matter they simply just don't respond. They have the worst customer service. Week after week its problems with this business.
