He said that I could have stolen the shoes and receipt from someone else, since the receipt was not in my name. Never in my life had I had issues returning a product with a receipt, regardless who bought it (as a gift or not). Apparently they don't do returns on gift cards as well. He was also unable to return and order me the correct ones on the website and said I would have to come back later when the manager was there to see if it could be done. I HAD THE PRODUCT WITH THE RECEIPT!!! I should have been able to return it without any issues!!! Not to mention, I was in the store two times prior to Christmas and this place smelled like marihuana really bad and could tell the associate was stoned. For my first experience in the store I was attempting to return a pair of Super Sole x boots that I…read morepurchased online and was first confronted by the owner of this franchise with complete rudeness. My wife and I were both there and she agreed it was a weird experience! The owner said that she couldn't handle the transaction and that I would have to return the boots through the website directly. I then proceeded to get fitted for another pair of boots - this time a pair of $280 SuperSole 2.0 boots. I purchased the boots, oiled them per her instruction and wore them for approximately 29 days to see if they would ever break in and get comfortable to wear in a manufacturing facility. Either the boots are at fault or my feet, regardless I returned back to this same franchise to return them. I really wanted to keep these boots because they're constructed and made in red wing Minnesota! I was making an investment. Upon my return was confronted by a gentleman who was there in place of the owner who was on vacation. Again- greeted with shortness. "You can't return these!" He said. "You'll have to come back in a week and speak to the owner" he proceeded. And I proceeded to ask what the 30 day "no questions asked" comfort guarantee meant then! Eventually it seems he gave in to my ask as he was helping another customer and proceeded to return the boots for a full refund. I am sorry Red Wing, my feet aren't compatible with your footwear but PLEASE remind your franchises of your warranty period. Your warranty states "no questions asked" and your franchises need to operate per that. I felt awkward and out of place while at the store. Rather than being greeted with sincerity in two different store visits I was confronted with aggression each time. Horrible service in Clifton Park. Avoid if you can. Or don't purchase unless you know the boots will definitely work because you will go through the same hassle I did! Okay, they do have some of this stuff, but it's nowhere near as bad, as intelligence-insulting, or as in-your-face. The employees here are very friendly - naturally friendly. That's probably because Boscovs is THE anchor store in this mall, as compared to their store in Colonie Center which is competing with you-know-who. I can't give this store more stars, however, because their line of men's clothing - the primary reason I'd come here - is hit or miss. Their jeans are overpriced, and they typically don't have them in my waist size (30 - rarely do I see any below 32). It's the same for their shorts. On this particular visit, they had a huge sale on t-shirts and polo shirts at a really good price. But they did not have a single shirt in the colors that interested me in size Medium. I suspect they bought a huge selection of overstock from somewhere else in the sizes they couldn't sell. At different times of the year, though, I've had really good luck with sweatshirts, flannel shirts, and sweaters at really good prices. I've also had better luck with many other departments in the store. When I shop here for men's clothes I have to go in with the mindset that I won't necessarily find what I want. But I can always go to the nearby Kohl's afterward.

The comforters are usually branded and of high quality. Most of my comforters I have bought are from here. Over the last 2 to 3 years I have ventured out but haven't been able to match the high quality and the brand at Marshall's. I did ship by a coue of times here but wasn't lucky to find a good deal. Make frequent visits and go window shopping frequently to find your deals. Venture walking in the mall during the winter rather than home.
