I told him I was told they were open till 6pm, and the gentleman was great. He said he did have somewhere to be by 3:45, but would measure all the men up for us. We were in and out within a half hour. They weren't rushy, rude or pushy. And when they could of turned us away, they didn't. I am truly pleased. And the prices are very fair. He was able to work with the multiple layers of tulle underneath my dress as well as the intricate bead and lacework, which was very impressive. I would have expected better customer service than what I experienced given the high reviews, and that they would have high standards to make sure both jacket and pants match regardless of whether they were slim pants or not. Extremely pricey for basic black tuxedo for 1 night high school event especially if pants and jacket clearly did not match. It was pretty visible in pictures. I wouldn't recommend for future tuxedo rentals. There are other options.
