They replaced my shattered window, but they also handled all of the insurance for me. They drove me home and picked me up, saving me from having to uber. AND they vacuumed my entire car. My accident affected my front tire and bumper, no engine damage or any sort of damage that would have required them to mess around with the inside of my car. Immediately after driving my car, I knew it was not the same anymore. My car would shake like the tires weren't aligned properly, my trunk would open out of nowhere (especially while on a highway), and just drove overall poorly. Before my accident, the car drove just great at 66,000 miles. I don't want to believe they swapped out parts while having my car for that long, but I guess I'll never know what went on behind closed doors. It got to the point where I didn't feel safe in my car and ended up getting rid of it and buying a brand new car. Such a shame.

Instead, I was left without a car for 5 weeks. Eventually, she let it slip that the owner of the car dealership owned the auto body repair shop. This place is crooked and I would not trust their estimates, either in terms of money or how long the repairs will take. Also, my car now has a vile smell, despite me saying several times I did not want it to be polished. Every time I step into my car I now get a bad headache. It's the icing on top of the cake.
