Horrific company. I reached out for a crack in a window and they came the following week to evaluate and give me a quote. The next day they called me and requested a $250 deposit stating that the work would be done in 1-3 days. They ghosted me after that. My experience is different from the others posted. Perhaps they've made vast improvements but we were able to make an appointment quickly to replace our shower door. This was custom order and updated with our shower door and handle that we had. They double checked the measurements wThe technicians were very respectful of our home and installed the shower door with care. read more

Terrible service, I had them come in and seal and fix all my windows last November but within 3 months the seals came off. I have had to call 5 times to get someone to come in to see and he left without doing anything after promising to reseal it. I am not sure what I paid for. I would not recommend them. read more

THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING. It is beyond a bad review, this is a warning not to make the mistake of contacting this fraudulent, irresponsible and unreliable company. On June 29, 2022, they sent me a quote to: (1) replace a part on my front left window, for $875.12, and (2) provide service and maintenance on my other three front windows, at a cost of $575 per window, for a total of $1,725. With my permission, they charged an initial 50% deposit of $1,415.44 to my credit card, with the agreement that the balance would be due when the work was completed. In August, they charged the balance to my credit card without my permission, and without having completed any work. That is credit card fraud. I have not yet reported this to my credit card company, but plan to. When I contacted them about the second, unauthorized charge, they promised to refund it, pending actual completion of the work. That refund was never made. When I contacted them to follow up a month or so later, they said that the part was available and they could schedule the work, so there was no need to issue me any refund. They scheduled a service appointment for October 13, 2022. On that day, two of their workers arrived at my apartment in a U-Haul truck. They had no ladder with them. They did not speak much English, so I had to call the company's office to communicate with them, speaking to people named John and Roman. They said the part needed for my front left window had never come in, but they wanted to have the men who were there do the service and maintenance work on the other three windows. I agreed to that, but the servicemen tried to explain to me in very bad English that they had no tools and no time to do anything except spray WD-40 on my window hinges. I told them that I was not going to pay $1,725 for only a few squirts of WD-40, and sent them away. Then I called their office back to request a full refund of the $2,677.79, including both the initial 50% deposit that I authorized in June, and the second unauthorized charge for the balance in August. I have not received any refund yet, and had not heard anything from them since, until they sent me a satisfaction survey at the beginning of January. I corresponded with them by email again, and although they claimed to be entitled to retain partial payment (which I dispute), they acknowledged owing me a refund of about half the total amount I paid. That was on January 4, 2023. Of of course I have still not received any refund as of today (January 27, 2023). read more

they came to my apartment to first take measurements of the space for the glass project (i needed plexiglass above a wall)- the worker came back 3 times within 10 minutes of leaving to ask for more photos and questions. 10 minutes after finally leaving he called me from his personal cell phone to ask "do you remember me i was just at your home". Very creepy and weird as I'm a young girl. I asked them for photos of previous similar projects before i put my deposit down and they sent me photos of "their finish projects" which i reverse google searched and found they took the photos from a competitors site. They sent their guys to come check on my aluminum window frame that was expanding due to heat from the sun. They came in, hit the frame a few times with a hammer and told me it was all fixed. The manager, Andrew, called me and told me I owed then $200 for the service when a service wasn't completed just because he quoted me the price of the fix via Yelp. He called me a liar when I told him the window wasn't fixed and mentioned that even their team coming to give you a quote costs that amount (which was not mentioned in the email). He threatened to send a bill to a collection agency and ignored the emails I sent him of videos of my window not closing after the sun came out. Do not work with this company. I had someone from WINDOWFIX come to take a look at my window an hour later (which I had already scheduled since I wanted to get multiple quotes that day - when I told this to Andrew, he said I was a liar as well). The technician from WINDOWFIX told me that the frame couldn't be fixed without making the gap wider and he didn't recommend that, yet MR. GLAZIER tried to charge me $200 for not fixing my window. read more

After I set up a time, the person came within the time window for about 2 minutes and we came up with measurements. He said his boss was going to call me with a quote in 20 mins. No one called me that day. The next morning I called and told them they have not contacted me, the person on the phone said the manager will call me today and apologized. No one called. Despite confirming the day before, he did not show up or even bother to let me know that he wasn't going to come. This is a serious warning, beyond a review. I called for a piece of glass for a table top, they brought the wrong shape. Not only that but they also double charged my credit card. They first charged a deposit, then the other half and two days after the work was completed, they charged my card another full amount. They kept fighting when I notified the credit card company, I'm still dealing with it. Warning - Be very careful with this company. They have been sitting on a $695 deposit of mine for 7 weeks for a new screen door. They have canceled installation, pushed delivery back multiple times, and have never called me back when they said they would (or ever). In my call with their salesperson, I asked to speak with a manager - the manager wouldn't come on. The salesperson said he didn't know the name of his manager or the name of the business owner. It feels like they are hiding something, which makes me worry about this being a fraudulent operation or a company with significant cash flow issues. Unfortunately, based on many recent reviews, my experience is clearly not an isolated one. Because they wouldn't refund my money I know have to pursue this through legal channels.
