They have so many different things on the menu, plus specials, that it would be easy to come back and keep trying different stuff each time. The dudes working today were super friendly, they seemed genuinely pleased by every customer who stepped up. They were definitely keeping busy. We ate inside the brewery next door, which gave us awesome drink options. I'd definitely come back very happily.

The staff are low-key, very warm and friendly in few words. Most of the space here is kitchen. Ovens and tables and sinks for yards behind the counter. You get the feeling they rock the to-go orders; even dining in, they brought my food in a clamshell in a bag. Water, tip, and 2 tacos were about $15. I had the brisket and shrimp tacos--the 2 most expensive, but by far the most interesting-sounding. They were both incredible. Great toppings, tortillas were chewy and flavorful, and the proteins really showed through, even with lots of cheese, lime, and salsa on top. This would be a regular spot for me if I were a little closer. Tacos always sound good, and these are close to the top of the list for miles around.

Service was well-above average. Very friendly. I can imagine this place getting busy during peak hours but it's small enough that they likely can keep up. I doubt we'll be back. The black tea is slightly muted with the milk there, so that there's no astringency. The buckwheat tea has a pretty strong toasty buckwheat flavor. Yum! Initially, when this business opened, parking was horrible with people jousting for street parking (with an already busy Goodwill down the street) and people parking at the plaza across the street (which will get you towed). Now that the hype has died down, you can use the Ember parking garage around the corner, although it's kind of annoying to park in.

The "small" Greek salad with the Slovaki was not small, but two large servings . Tomatoes, romaine, spinach, feta cheese, red onions, cabbage and cauliflower made up a great salad, especially when added with the homemade dressing. Tons of feta cheese. Lastly, pistachio baklava. Nice flavors, but please serve it warm or at least room temperature. The flavors bloom more than when they are not cold. Great baklava once I took it home and warmed it up.
