The food was really good and the customer service was pretty good but I had to remind the cashier of certain things missing from our order like my drink and curly fries. It's not bad, but it's not good either. A perfect cheap middle of the menu type place. Considering it's location, it's about the best you have. I ate there 2 nights in a row to see the consistency. They are fast(it's also a drive thru), and the gyro I ordered on night one was better than night two. The lamb was still tender but I could tell the pita bread was left out. It was dry, super chewy, and hard on the ends. The tzatziki sauce seems to be made in house but has a very lemony flavor compared to most with a fresher cucumber type flavor. In all, I would eat here again. If you want better on this side of Orlando, you will have to drive a good ways in another direction. The staff has one of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I have visited this place for the past 7 years. The philly cheese steak and fries were the dish for me. The food and service have declined so much here. I think there has been an ownership and management change because the cashier is careless and not engaging. He refused to acknowledge that my wife and i waited patiently to ask for our meals like 3 times. He never asked if we were dining in or out. We were the only ones in the restaurant and after we sat down and opened our bags to eat he yelled from across the diner that eat in was not allowed and we had to take our meals. Great gyros, gyro salads, wings, and fries! We always drive thru, so I can't speak to the tables or inside..but, what do you want for these prices? The food is great and prices are reasonable - take your food home or sit in a park somewhere. The guys on Drive thru are always very abrupt, but not rude in my opinion. (Think Soup episode of Seinfeld) They always have a smile and a kind thanks..all you have to do is speak, and they will respond in kind. This little fast food gyro place near the fairgrounds in Pine Hills seems to be popular with postal workers. The restaurant was filled with mostly mail carriers on their lunch breaks when I visited. I ordered a gyro, filled with sliced lamb, lettuce, tomato, onion, and tazitiki. The gyro meat was really flavorful, as was the tazitiki.
