An absolute gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Combined with the warm, attentive staff who made me feel so welcome. I will definitely be back!

We tried this neighborhood restaurant out for the first time recently. Billy was our server and was excellent, prompt, professional, and friendly. The food is all made from scratch and was quite tasty. We don't normally go for Greek cuisine, but this may be a new start for us. It's a little bit out-of-the-way; but, it definitely delivered in taste, high-quality, and excellent service. Patrons with Dietary restrictions will likely do well at this location. My wife had the chicken and I had the Lamb Gyro platter.

I like Zorbas. The food is good. It's not mind-blowing, but tasty enough. I wasn't particularly fond of the rice. It wasn't what I'm used to eating or making when it comes to Greek rice. The meatballs were tasty and tender. The tzatziki and pita were good. The potatoes were also decent. The dolmades were my favorite part of the meal. They have Greek soda (pop) as well. All in all, a good experience.

Maybe the most 5 star review I've ever written. This restaurant is small but mighty. The service was family like, I felt like I had been welcomed into a Greek family! The chef even came out and checked in part way through our meal. At one point there were no seats for new guests so others who were just socializing got up to make space (in a family sort of way not at annoyed sort of way) The food was so good, super fresh, super amazing flavors. Just wonderful. Everything I ate I want to eat again and again. Honestly can't wait to go back!

I love this place. Small dining area. Greek drinks and beers. Good prices and traditional Greek food very well prepared and delicious. Highly recommend the moussaka and gyros. The best I've had in the US. Little salads were perfect - no lettuce, lots of oregano and quality olive oil. Quality feta and olives. The owners is a really nice guy too.

We finally tried Zorbas after hearing all the rave reviews and it absolutely lived up to the hype. This cozy little spot was buzzing with energy and nonstop takeout pickups, which was a good sign from the start. We kicked things off with the spanakopita, and wow this was hands-down the star of the meal. Perfectly crispy, and savory. I wish the portion was bigger because I wanted more! For dinner, I had the lamb gyro. The meat was sliced thin just how I like it, with authentic spices that really hit the mark. The pita was soft, and fresh. My husband went with the chicken gyro and enjoyed it, though he wished they used white meat instead of dark. I was especially happy to see a kids menu. We ordered the kids chicken gyro platter, and it was generous enough to feed an adult! It came with a full pita, a hearty portion of chicken, rice, and a cucumber-tomato side all for just $8. Great value. Despite only having one server, he was attentive and handled the busy flow with grace. You can tell the restaurant's been around a while and could use a deep clean, but honestly, the food makes up for it. Bottom line: Zorbas delivers delicious, authentic Greek food that's well worth a visit. We'll definitely be back!

We ordered a chicken gyro and a spinach pie platter. I really liked the spinach pie, yet the chicken gyro was ok, well, it was good but ... you get it. These dishes came with a non-lettuce salad which is a twist on a Greek salad, and I did miss the romaine lettuce. We got a Greek lemonade soda which is a first for me, it was good. This is a quaint place, about 6 tables. Service may be a bit slow, so get an appetizer. The waitress was amazing though, she had really good recommendations. I would come back for the spinach pie.

I wanted to like the gyro. It looked good. It was lacking flavor, like the flavor disappeared in the reheat process...but the real disappointment was the spanakopita. Ordered three orders to go and a hummus to surprise my family, but the surprise was all mine. While the hummus was good, the spanakopitas were disappointing. Two tiny pieces rested in the styrofoam box with three compartments. Tzatziki, spanakopitas and the hero of the presentation was the pita bread. Huh? For the $7.99 price, the hero should be the spanakopita.

Great tasting Greek food. Everything came out great. We also had the spanakopita which is my favorite appetizer here. The guys who run the place are also very knowledgeable about their menu, they had no problem describing the dishes that we weren't familiar with. The dining room is a bit small, but they make it work with the space they have, even with larger parties.

I went here to catch up with a friend and the place definitely hit the spot. The food was fresh and flavorful. The waiter recommended a lemon soup that was very comforting and tasty. The place is small but very cozy. The service felt very homey and friendly. We had the falafel appetizer and a side of potatoes. Comfort food! The soup is served only 2 days a week, but it is definitely worth it!

Tuesday special - Authentic Pastitsio (Greek Lasagna) comes with a mediterranean salad and pita bread. Very popular!

The name Zorba means live each day with passion. It is clear that Zorba Kitchen's passion is in the food - especially on Mondays and Tuesdays, when they serve pastitsio. This special also known as Greek lasagna is only available Monday and Tuesday. I called ahead a little after 5 pm and reserved the last special available that day. This is a very popular entree. My meal consisted of the pastitsio which is sheets of pasta, layered with meat sauce, and a creamy béchamel, then baked. It was served with a salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and olives) and a dollop of hummus alongside grilled pita bread. I took home part of the large portion so I had lunch the next day. This restaurant is located in a strip mall at the corner of Lake Underhill and Goldenrod. The seating area is just a handful of tables but is bright and very clean. I chose to eat in and the owner was very attentive and checked a few times if I needed anything. I really enjoyed my meal and look forward to going back for another classic Greek entree, moussaka, which is an eggplant dish, served only on Fridays and Saturdays.

Zorba's Kitchen is located in a ratger nondescript shopping plaza on the corner of Goldenrod and Lake Underhill and I will say that getting in and out of this shopping plaza is a bit inconvenient (okay, maybe more than a bit of an inconvenience), but I will say that the food and wonderfully warm service makes it a worthwhile inconvenience. Walking in, I noticed that Zorba's Kitchen is an extremely small restaurant. But it was bright and while nothing even close to fancy, it was pleasant enough. The gentleman who took my to-go order was extremely friendly. I went with two lamb gyro dinners and for the one side, for one, I went with Greek potatoes and the other, I went with their hand-cut French fries. When I got home, I tore into the gyro and was pretty impressed. I tried both the Greek potatoes and the French fries. I thought both were good, but I think that I preferred the hand-cut French fries. I would definitely recommend Zorba's Kitchen and I will give it five stars overall.

Great food. Juicy chicken. Loaded gyro. Everything very flavorful. 10/10! Got everything to go and the presentation was not lacking!. Great comfy place to stop by and eat inside.

For our entree, I had the Lamb Sis Kebap which I shared with my mom and had enough to take home for lunch the next day. This was a big portion. My husband ordered the fried fish, it came with a big salad and rice. He said the fish needed some seasoning. The prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. We also ordered Turkish coffee and the Kunefe which none of us had ever had and I must say it is my favorite dessert ever! The restaurant looks nicer at night. It has a better ambience. We ordered the mixed appetizer and the famous lavas bread. To our surprise we got a flat, deflated pita bread instead. Lavas bread is a signature dish of Bosphorous so I called the waitress and asked why the lavas bread was deflated. Answer: must have a hole. The manager came around so I told him the same and added that I had chosen this place for my birthday and was looking forward to the round and puffy lavas bread but got a pita bread. His answer: some time that happens. Sorry but for a restaurant of this level, they shouldn't let their signature appetizer leave the kitchen if it isn't perfect. End of story. And at least the manager should have cared but didn't. Otherwise, my husband and I shared a mixed grill, my mom had a shrimp dish she liked and they did bring me a dessert with a candle which was nice. If I go back to Bosphorous it won't be this location. Parking was Ok but it was also Wednesday.

I grabbed my phone and expected to watch TikTok for entertainment... Be aware! If you can't wait the 15 minutes - save this place for another day unlike a nasty woman who was loosing her mind that 15 minutes had passed and they were putting her meal together. People are wild - I wanted to say mam - do you not see these guys moving as quickly as they can? I sat and watched for a moment. Both of the guys working tried nicely and calmly to explain that they were preparing the food etc - she was literally having a temper tantrum. Thank goodness I don't work in that field as I think she would have been wearing that food. Anyway this review is long overdue! I am always happy with the food. For dinner, hubby had the lamb board and I had the slow-cooked lamb. Both were savory and satisfying, and we had enough leftovers for the next day's lunch.
