It was mushy. This continued throughout the sandwich. From the pinkish hue of some of the beef, I'm guessing this might be due to being cooked less than I'm used to? In any case, it was disconcerting. And the jus was much plainer than I'm used to, as well. I expected to see flecks of oregano and other spices; this version was darker and seemed to be lacking those. It may be unfair to compare this to my expectations.
