Living in Socal we first shipped many of her things via pod home, but due to time and logistical constraints we couldn't find a construciton contractor (approve by the building) who would do junk removal along with their remodel bid), so we had to do the removal prior to renovation. They were courtesous, professional and communicative. Price is on the high side, but they do offer quite alot like partial donations, disassembly and tracking. I've dealt with junk removal companies before and know the game, over communicate and document everything and you'll be treated properly becuase most removal companies try and find a way to take advantage of the urgency, priority or just treat your home unlike their own. Having cameras and witness' on property definitely help keep everyone honest. They made short work of the large furniture and noting specific directions for certain items that we wanted donated to a local church as well as doing all the admin for the permits for the landfill items. Had I spent more on the shipping I'd spent less on the removal since it's by volume. All in all I'd use them again, but only due to logistics as I'd prefer to pay a construction company a single bid to do it all from removal, demo to the build out (limited by approved vendors by the building)

But I sent them I picture showing the stamped 10 yard on it! I was closing on my house the next day. After several calls back and forth, I was told they didn't have any 15yard dumpsters available! Almost 3 weeks later, I was billed an additional $119.00 for the 10 yard being overweight! If I had the 15 yard which is what I ordered, it would not have been overweight! Sounded good so I contacted the guy directly through text; guy was responsive but with short answers. Requested availability and he provided an 8-10am service time the next day (Sunday). Provided addresses for pickup and confirmed they accepted credit card. I also told them to let me know if they needed anything. No texts after that, assuming everything was good. For pickup day, still no response. No confirmation. Waited the allotted time just to make sure the 8-10 was not for arrival time. Not sure if it was just not scheduled or just a missed appointment, but they ended up not coming. So I texted them back saying I will go to a different service. Lesson learned on my part. make sure to talk to the guy on the phone and get verbal or written confirmation and verify arrival time.
