We have used Mr. Locksmith twice for our place. First time Eli came he rekeyed our front door, and provided copies of the keys as well. He was on time, friendly, and very nice. We called him again a few years later to rekey our front door again and he did so with the same outstanding service as the prior time. He also helped me change my other doorknob's reconfiguration (it was upside down) without charge. Recently I noticed our front door key slot was blocked so I called him to come out but he told me to try WD40 first to clear out any debris. I did and it worked! I appreciate his honesty. My wife and I wanted to upgrade our current deadbolt to a smartlock. I contacted Eli after seeing all of the positive reviews online. He responded to me within 10 minutes!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of smarklocks available on the market. After contacting him on a Wednesday, I reached out to him on Friday once we purchased the smartlock. Eli said he could come Saturday to install the lock. There was no upcharge for him coming on Saturday.
