THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE DAMAGED. The tech did not tighten my oil drain plug, my car leaked oil, they overfilled oil, then couldn't fix the overfill. NO REFUND after 90 minutes of attempting to repair. I had to go to a Dealer to correct the damage they did. They stripped the oil drain plug - LOOK AT GOOGLE REVIEWS for photos. The dealer had to use vice grips to get the plug off my car. LOOK @ MR. LUBE Bentonville AR Facebook Reviews - they repeatedly do shoddy work and offer NO repair/resolution. I had hope under new ownership, service would improve. But nope. My engine cover was taken out to access the oil cap, and never put back in!!! I didn't check my engine for a couple of weeks from the time I had the oil change, bc why would I? But gone! Plus, the tabs where it connects were bent, and Honda had to fix it. Had no other car services anywhere else and no thefts . They basically called me a liar, they don't have bay cameras to prove or disprove anything, and refused to cover the cost of having to replace it. I got a measly refund from my oil change which covered only half the expense, and doesn't account for the poor service by the district manager, Dakota. The shop would not give me his number, mind u I wanted an office number, but they refused. The website of course doesn't have the number needed either. So the poor shop manager, Tony, who wanted to do what he could, was stuck between a rock and a hard place. While the pricing is decent there, and convenient, they just lost a 30 year customer. Had another issue a few years back, regarding them dropping parts and screwing up the tubing to my windshield washer fluid. Find somewhere else to get your car serviced. And from this point forward, I will watch and record those working on my vehicles from here on out! No accountability or good work ethic anymore. read more

Came here for the first time today. Was expecting to need an oil change since I was way past the date and a little over on mileage. ( I didn't catch the name of the guy working on my car ) but he let me know my oil was still pretty clean and just a little low. He topped it off at no charge and suggested I come back in 1,000 mikes on my car. I very much appreciate the kindness and not doing work if unnecessary. Will definitely come back! read more

Make sure to always make it clear you only want an oil change. The younger guy working in the shop had my cabin air filter compartment opened for almost 20 minutes and I never asked for a new one. I appreciate the concern but maybe more time could be spent on making sure the drain plug is actually tightened down. After my car sat in the drive for a few hours i found almost a quart of oil had leaked out due to a finger tight drain plug. I would recommend checking your vehicle upon leaving this shop. read more

They do the basic oil change but what I hate is the high pressure sales. It never fails that something extra is wrong with my car that they just happen to sell - I need an air filter, I need new wiper blades, I need a transmission flush, I need a radiator flush. I brace myself each time wondering what extra service they're going to try to sell me -- until I stopped going there. It is worth it to drive across town for an oil change so I don't have to wonder if I really do need to pay extra for this or that extra thing or not. read more

Took my jeep there for the first-time a few weeks ago. I asked for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They measured my treads and said they were wearing evenly and there was no point in performing something that didn't need to be done. On top of that, my service was completed in no more than 15 minutes and I was on my way. I will be taking my vehicle there for any needs. Was given advice on the cost and frequency of differential maintenance and will be taking it to them for that service as well. read more

Great service, very knowledgable and not high pressure sales!

This place has a reputation for "up selling your service. In fact, my wife won't go there due to their high pressure techniques. They can intimidate you into buying things you don't need! Recently, I went for an oil change, passed on the up selling items, paid about $80 and left. Part of their service is to clean your windows. After leaving, I noticed mine hadn't been cleaned, in fact, their was grease on my windows and mirror. I returned to request it be done. The owner was insistent it had been done and refused to clean them! Terrible customer service! That's the last $80 they are getting from me. read more

We took our truck in one day and were told we need rear diff, service, so we said OK. We were told it would be 27.99. When we got the bill it was 27.99 plus another 27.43 for the fluid, we were not told about. Then a week later we took our car in for a oil change and guess what, amazingly, it needed the same thing. What a coincidence, both vehicles needed the same rear diff. service in a weeks time. Don't think so. They also said the truck had a belt that was "cracking" we went to another auto parts store and bought the belt, and when we got ready to replace it, guess what? No cracking! I went to Mr. Lube and they left the oil out of my car. I drove off and the engine light came on and it ruined my engine. They told me it was my car and not their bad work that lead to that. Then the head guy got mad when I said I want you to pay for the damage; he called me the "N" word and said I did it just to get a new car. The most racist place in town. read more

HORRIBLE...will not stand behind their work. Failed to reconnect air tube to mass flow sensor causing car to die in traffic 1 day after oil change/air filter check. Cost me $240.00 for tow and repair. According to mechanic, lube tech failed to tighten back clamps to keep air tube together. They gave me a myriad of reasons it wasn't their fault, we double check everything, bad gas, didn't bring it back to us, your mechanic is lying to make money off you. Owner is one of the rudest, most disrespectful people I have run across in my 67 years. I'm warning you....DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!! read more

I took my Armada in for an oil change. I was told I would be in and out in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later they approach me and tell me that there is a problem. They say that the skiff protecting my oil pan, had rusted screws and when they went to remove them they broke. I get my oil changed at the dealership normally and they never mentioned it. I ask for the screws. They bring me one screw which is in not even remotely rusted. They over torqued it obviously. I ask them to fix it and they say they can't. I ask them to help pay for the damages they caused and they won't. Then charge me $55 for an oil change they said would be $44. WOW NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!
