When I arrived, the person working at the counter looked at me blankly when I said I was picking up an online order. She said, "my boss really needs to fix that, I don't know why we never get the online orders." So, clearly an ongoing issue that hasn't been addressed. I had to reiterate my entire customized order, and they didn't even have half of the donuts I selected. I had also planned on getting a latte when I got there, only to find out the one item on their menu is drip coffee. I passed on that. This was my first experience at a Mr. Maple, and it was terrible. It wasn't busy at all. There are two large displays to your right and left of the donuts offered. I'm a classic donut person so I went with the chocolate ring. The donut was so puffy and fresh. The chocolate was perfect. Similar to Randy's donuts (in CA) but better! William was such a great employee. He took care of us and was super patient with all our questions. He kept a cheery attitude and smile on his face and made us feel super welcome. He seemed excited about his job too. It was a great way to start our late morning.

The doughnut choices are in a display case which makes it easy to see. Chose the maple cream, Memphis, mango, flavor of the month which is some type of berries and the voodoo. The maple and voodoo were overly sweet with thick layers of frosting on it. The mango was more subtle and the Memphis was good. Service was quick and the line was short.
