Thin slices so it was tender but a little over cooked/dry. And the century egg was diced into little pieces, those were as expected. Service was minimal but I didn't need much except to order given the condiments and napkins were already on the table. I was lucky to score a booth even though I was dining by myself. I did spot a few folks at other tables to see what they ordered and noodle dishes were definitely the favorite. I'll have to try it next time. Notably because I don't often eat spicy, it may be hard to find a noodle dish that isn't! So FYI... I would totally return but with friends since it is too hard to order just one thing!
