I highly recommend biting off the top and slurp up the pork juice before continuing enjoying the Bao with the vinegar provided. Everything was very good and out in about 15 minutes...very fast. The soup dumplings were great...but as expected are filled with piping hot broth so be careful when eating. They have some other appetizers and dishes available. There are also some drink options including cold teas, soft drinks and beer. We also tried the osmanthus cakes, which my sister really enjoyed. Personally, I'm not a fan of the mochi-like texture, so while I can appreciate why others might like them, they just aren't for me.
