A cozy shop with a self-serve fountain drink machine with Pepsi products. They also had a refrigerator with bottled drinks. One unisex restroom only. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The menu had a good variety of options. I ordered the Reuben: Oven Toasted Pastrami, Swiss, Sauerkraut, Thousand Island on Toasted Marble Rye (4/5). The reuben is always a messy sandwich but they did a good job of building the sandwich. The meat portion was pretty good. Complimentary fresh baked chocolate chip cookie came with the sandwich. The food was good. I got the Turkey sandwich combo for $8 but I added bacon, cucumbers and jalapeños. Upcharge for the bacon and jalapeños but still only ended up being only $10 plus tip. Dutch crunch is very crunchy, would have preferred a toasted sandwich but ordered online and didn't see an option to request it toasted. Customer service was great when I picked up my online order. If I could give zero stars, I would. The so-called "manager" Zolo was hands down one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. My mother went in to have our order remade after it was done wrong last time. She clearly told him multiple times that it was a remake and should be free. She even asked if he needed her name, and he said no. They talked about how the last order was messed up, and then he still charged her full price. When she pointed it out, he completely ignored her. When she got home, I called the store to find out why she was charged. The second I asked for the manager, Zolo paused, said the manager wasn't there, then suddenly claimed he was the manager. Funny, because earlier when I called, someone named Simon said he was the manager. So either Zolo doesn't know who's in charge, or he just enjoys lying to customers. The entire phone call was a disaster. He was rude, dismissive, and constantly talked over me every time I tried to explain what happened. When I finally asked if I could finish my sentence, he started yelling that I was being rude and that he had to hang up because he needed to start closing duties. It was 5:26 PM. They don't even close for another two and a half hours. At that point, I hung up because it was clear there was no reasoning with him. I'll be reaching out to corporate or the franchise owner next, whichever one gets back to me first. If this is the type of "manager" representing the company, then something is seriously wrong with their training and hiring process. The first thing a manager should learn is basic respect for customers, not how to lie, argue, and talk over them. read more

First of all it took the lady 3 times to figure out that I wanted a turkey n cheddar sandwich with no onions pickles or peppercinis. Pretty standard sandwich menu: choice of bread (Dutch crunch is the best), assortment of deli meats (turkey, roast beast, ham, chicken), cheese (American, Swiss, monterey jack), and all the fixins (shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles) & condiments (mayo, mustard, Italian dressing). 4 adults, 1 teenage boy, and one 10 year old girl shared three of the giant turkey & cheddar sandwiches plus the free chocolate chip cookies you get with every order. The sandwich was good, not great, and the cookies were surprisingly good (I'm a big time cookie baker & critic). If Subway, Togo's, and Mr. Pickles were my only choice, I'd still pick Subway.
