    Buffalo Chicken Flatbread
    Melissa Z.

I tried their new Buffalo Chicken Sourdough Flatbread and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Ingredients were fresh, and the flatbread tasted freshly baked. It was amazing!

    Sourdough gorgeousness. Smells great too.

The customer service is terrific and sandwiches are delicious . What sets this sandwich shop apart from the rest is the bread. It is the real deal sourdough bread. Ohh it has a great chew, slight tangy taste, crisp top crust, and delightful fermented smell. So much deliciousness. They even sell individual loaves. My go to choices are the hot sandwiches. They have ruben, hot pastrami, French dip, and garlic pesto. I have had them all. To hard to choose a favorite, all so good. They also have cold sandwiches, soups, salads, cookies and chips. The clam chowder is tasty. So tasty that my LI self is willing to take a lactaid pill to enjoy the clam chowder. The Greek salad is my favorite salad there. Mmm... loaded with fresh ingredients and served with a delicious dressing. The sandwiches come in three sizes. The 4 inch is around $6.29. Not a bad price for what you get. The sandwiches come with free spreads, fixings, and a slice of cheese. They have indoor dining which is kept very clean. The decor is modern. Ambiance is pleasant. And just to echo again, the staff has always provided top notch service.

    #11 Tuna Salad

I was bored of the usual places and wanted to try something different, so stopped by here for a takeout. I tried the tuna salad sandwich which I recommend

    2/14/2023: Pastrami combo!
    Shirley M. F.

2/14/2023: I ordered the following--Pastrami on Rye, tossed salad with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a cold drink. The entire sandwich combo meal was absolutely filling, i.e., wonderful; the Rye bread was moist while the Pastrami was tender. Seriously, I couldn't inhale the other half of the Pastrami on Rye sandwich and the salad, too . . . Therefore, I'll inhale both tomorrow for my second lunch! BTW: For some reason, I truly thought this was a Poke restaurant I visited in 2020; however, I really don't know anymore~lol since, I moved to Placerville, i.e., I rarely visit this area of Folsom. Nevertheless, I'll return to WCS when I visit Folsom in the future.

    Tiny portion $11 sandwich
    Q A.

I finally decided to give this lil' bro of the other restaurant SD & Co as they literally have the same menu. I ordered online and picked up from the store. I went and sat at Raleys cafe and opened my Turkey sandwich and I was shocked on how small it was compared to the same exact menu item. Basically, I am paying $11 for a tiny portion sandwich. Absolute rip-off. So I went to their website and submitted my opinion/comment. I gave them all my contact information so they can call the unsatisfied customer. That never happened. This business is an absolute joke. I even gave them a chance to make it right, but they didn't and hence this review. This place is an overpriced half portion sandwich that doesn't care about their customers.

    French Dip 6" $9.99
    Dianna N.

French Dip 6" $9.99: So my favorite French Dip type sandwich is Quiznos because I love their peppercorn sauce, however if I could take that sauce plus West Coast's sandwich I think I'd have perfection. The bread was perfectly crispy and the au jus was very flavorful. Luckily my soup came with more bread for me to dip in the au jus before I drank the remainder. Cream of Potato cup $6.25: Soup is a bit pricy for the portion, and I didn't find the taste worth it. I found the 6" sandwich filling enough so I'd probably skip on soup next time. It is a better deal if you do the soup + fountain drink meal add on for the sandwich, but they serve Pepsi products here which is a no for me. ***** My Star Ratings: 1 Star - Terrible. Just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars - Meh. Unlikely for me to return. 3 Stars - OK. Open to coming back, but wouldn't go out of my way to. 4 Stars - Yummy! Will definitely return if I haven't already. 5 Stars - AMAZING!!! Would plan my day or even a trip around eating here.

    Southwest Chicken Salad
    Loreto D.

I'd have to give this a solid 4-stars. The Good: - The sourdough clam chowder was delicious! The bread was warm and toasty. The OK: - The southwest chicken salad was decent. I'd probably come back just for the chowder.

Great service and food quality each of the visits to date. Reliable options that I love. Got the #2 roast beef with a salad (forgot to take photo of that). Easy to order in store and get it quickly. This time I took out of store. But there is good amount seating indoors and a few tables outside when the weather is nice.

In the old Sourdough & Company building next to the Gelateria in the Bel Air shopping center. The menu looks very similar to Sourdough and Company and the setup is exactly the same so most people have no idea they just ate from a different sandwich shop. :) I navigated through the confusing series of ropes, cones and signs on the ground to place my order at the register. BBQ Brisket - 8 - Comes with coleslaw. BBQ sauce was a little sweet and there wasn't as much meat as I was hoping, but the flavors were balanced. Garlic Pesto Turkey - Kids destroyed it so it must have been good??? Cracked Pepper Turkey - 9 - Loved the pepper coming through but I added some pesto at home. The bread is phenomenal here, the ingredients are fantastic, and the service is great. I would like to have more toppings on the sandwich as this feels a bit like Quiznos with very little produce. I would come again to see if they're more generous.

The food is consistently amazing and packed with flavor. The tea leaf salad is a must. Super fresh, crunchy, and unlike anything else around here. It and the coconut rice balanced the spiciness of the lamb and eggplant perfectly. My wife likes to wash it down with a blue moon. I believe the traditional Burmese beer is similar. Everything I've had here has been solid, and you can tell they actually care about the quality of their food. Portions were generous and pricing was decent. The Pad Thai looked great visually, but the noodles were overcooked and broken into smaller pieces, and it was missing peanuts. The flavor was very bland--I kept adding fish sauce to try to bring it to life. The sour seafood soup was good but also needed fish sauce. The Thai fried rice was begging for soy sauce or fish sauce as well. Something just felt off tonight. The Laos-style papaya salad wasn't pungent or spicy at all. I ordered medium spicy, but it came out mild. I had to add quite a bit of fish sauce and chilies to suit my taste. Overall, the service was good, but the food lacked flavor for me.

We ordered the boat noodle, which was super flavorful and really unique. We've never had anything like it before, so it definitely stood out. But the star of the show for me was their Pad Thai. I genuinely think it's the best Pad Thai I've had in Sacramento. I've been searching for a good one that isn't overly sweet, and this place absolutely nailed it. This is officially my go-to spot for Pad Thai from now on. The service during our first visit was good, and the ambience is really nice ,cozy, warm, and inviting. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because of our second visit. We arrived about an hour before their posted closing time, but as soon as we pulled up, the staff inside hurriedly switched the sign to "closed." It caught us off guard because it was still early, and we were really looking forward to eating there again. Not sure what happened that night, and maybe there was a reason, but it did feel a little disappointing. Still, based on the food and our first experience, we're hoping to return and try again, especially for that Pad Thai!

The salad came with small portions of hummus and tzatziki, but no pita or anything to pair them with, which I found odd--are people just eating those with a fork? We also ordered a chicken shawarma, and ironically, the lettuce I was hoping to see more of in the salad ended up in that instead--wilted from the heat of the chicken. This was my second visit. The staff was able to seat us right away, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing after we were seated. We had to ask for menus, and it took quite a while for someone to take our order. In fact, the bartender ended up taking our order because no server had come by. At about 7:00 they came to take our plates off our table that were staged when we sat. I mentioned we haven't received our chicken appetizer and she said "oh yah sorry it's coming" but still walked off with the appetizer plates to put the chicken on. Our food didn't arrive until about 7:10 p.m., and one of the meals was completely incorrect. On top of that, our food came out at different times instead of being served together. The portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price point. I ordered the Mahi tacos, which had only a small amount of fish and slaw, although each taco did include a generous amount of avocado. My husband's Hawaiian BBQ which he added Kalbi beef was also a very small portion and didn't feel worth the $36 price tag. We were so hungry that we didn't even get to take photos. The hostess was very enthusiastic about clearing our table and was attentive in that regard. Lily, our server, was kind and pleasant, and honestly, I felt sorry for her because she appeared to be the only waitress working. We had to ask for our check at the end of the meal, but Lily did comp our chicken wings because of the service issues, which was appreciated. Overall, the prompt seating was a good start, but the slow service, incorrect order, staggered food delivery, and small portions relative to the prices made for a disappointing dining experience. While Lily did her best, it seemed like the restaurant may have been understaffed.
