I discovered Toyotek from their long history of positive reviews. Called up Alex and he explained…read moreright away what type of service I needed, what it entails, pricing and timeline. Smooth process all around here! The price he quoted me for my fairly extensive job was dang near the exact price I paid at the end. My 28 year old truck desperately needed some love and Alex took care of it! I'm handy myself but with a busy work schedule some jobs I leave to the pros to get it done fast and right the first time. Got some new valve cover gaskets, timing belt/water pump combo and a new radiator on my 3.4L. This is truly where you need to bring your Toyota! He's experienced, trusted and reliable.

I've never actually had my car serviced here, but when I need quality Toyota parts same day, this…read moreis the spot. DC brakes, Denzo whatever. My only gripe as a very amateur DIYer was for a starter replace on my Sienna, they quoted me $500 and change. 15 minutes later I was on my way to pick up a denzo from a local Toyota dealership that ended up costing me about $200 after the core refund. Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

On February 10, 2024, Izzy came to my house in Covina to replace the "inverter" on my 2012 Prius V…read more He did a great job because I've never had problems with it since then. Last month I learned that a new recall on the inverter qualified me for a possible refund through the Toyota Brand Engagement Center. I tried contacting Izzy through Eco Garage phone number (833) 223-5100, but could not get an answer. ================================= To Izzy: Toyota wants the following: CCR - Dealer Document Requested A separate detailed statement written by the servicing dealer on their company letterhead stating the following: Reason the vehicle was brought into the repair facility? The repair facility diagnoses? The repair performed in order to correct the concern? Izzy replaced the head gasket on my 2015 Lexus CT200h at the end of 2022. I can honestly say that…read morethese guys are the real deal. Izzy went over and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was delivered to the shop and repaired properly, when I picked up the car, I had a small issue, I returned to the shop and withing minutes it was taken care of, and I was on my way. They also assured me that if there was anything wrong moving forward that they would gladly take care of it. I can HIGHLY recommend Izzy and Sam and will consider using them moving forward, they have my 100% trust.

My Pros: Paul was the main guy who I consulted with and he…read moreis overall very chill and cool guy (complimented my taste in music, thank you~). He has great customer service at the front desk and answered any questions and concerns I had. He offered a rental car or a free ride back home (which is the services they provide). The driver was very kind, friendly and safe driver. My car went in for diagnostics, after inspection, I gave a go to replace the clogged CAT. They gave me a very great inspection report, full with pictures and easy to read descriptions (I also very much like the 3D video explanations to which parts they are referring to). For now, it runs a lot smoother and I'm very happy with how my car runs (I haven't driven it long enough yet). I drive the most in my family, so it feels great to get things I need done now. :) My cons: I would say communication could be a little better. I had dropped my car off 5/29 and didn't get it back until 6/12. It's the longest I've ever had my car stay at a shop, and I will admit I was uncomfortable with how long it stood there. I did feel strung along the entire process, as I was told multiple different dates when my car should be finished. I had to call the shop a good number of times to get an update and I hate having to call to ask the same question over and over (felt like a kid on a road trip constantly asking "are we there yet?"). So, I'm not sure how their process goes about when taking in cars, if maybe they take a little too much than what they can handle time-wise or if maybe scheduling an appointment with them would make a difference? I didn't find out what the issue was until I had come in to pick up my car, to which I am very understanding that things happen, but I wish I was informed during the phone calls I had made. I'm aware of the excessive amount of problems there are with CAT's and they had informed me that the CAT's were being stolen during transport before they even reach the shop or customers (which is such an issue in itself, that ticks me off), so the shop had faced delay due to those circumstances that were not in their control. :) Overall: Pretty good and very kind set of guys that work there. Communication with the customer could be better, so I didn't have to feel left in the dark. Would prefer accurate finish dates and with explanation if there is ever delay (I did refuse a rental car in the beginning because I was told inspection would be done the following day if not till very early next week, but then a few days became 2 weeks) so, definitely want more accurate times to plan my days that I don't have a car. :)
