He responded very quickly, and brought an assistant and a flat bed trailer big enough to haul the motorhome. He was able to quickly resolve all the technical problems and loaded the motorhome. When we got to the destination, he helped resolve issues associated with gaining access to the storage facility. Wayne was courtious, professional, and patient during the whole experience.
