Hit a piece of concrete near a construction…read moresite that was in the middle of the road...THANKS City of Oswego ....which caused a tire blowout and dented my rim. These guys were great and I can not thank them enough for getting me back on the road. Fair and reasonable price for a new tire and to fix the rim and they got in done in just a couple hours. They assisted in getting the car over to Ford and even called Ford to discuss the issue when Ford techs had trouble determining the cause. They have had plenty of opportunity to make me pay for unneeded work and have always been honest about what actually needed to be fixed. Recently, they figured out what was making my jeep run rough. Turned out a rather large and popular after market shop in Syracuse that installed my lift kit and oversized tires did not do so properly! Jeep runs better than it did when it was new! And this is only one of many examples I could give!!! You're crazy if you don't use this shop for maintenance and major repairs!
