I called and the owner, Greg Diggs, was so helpful and explained the steps needed in layman's terms. He also worked directly with our insurance company. He was very easy to contact and stayed in touch from day 1 and after the final payment was made. The work was completed in 1 day. The remains, debris, & nails, were cleaned up and he even came came out the next day to check our deck for more nails. High quality shingles were used for our new roof. I have just enough construction knowledge to make me dangerous, so I went for it and started the interview process for a contractor to repair my roof (from shoddy new construction using builder-grade materials). From the very first call and the inspection by my project manager, Isaiah, I felt at ease. His assessment was thorough (problem: cheap, weather-torn shingles and broken seal around roof pipes caused leaking in my top floor bedroom). His pics were so good that my insurance adjuster had no need to send their inspector out. They immediately offered me the money for a band-aid repair, but HomeTech went to bat for me, showing plenty of pics to prove to the insurance company that a whole new roof was needed. Altho it took a few months (shingle samples sent out to a lab for testing), it passed the required brittle test. The roof crew were on time and professional. And their in-sync work ethic was amazing as I got my new architectural roof installed in less than 5 hours under Isaiah's scrutiny and final inspection! Now for the interior work: Bayardo, the home interior mgr, was amazing at assessing my ceiling damage from the roof leak and some non-claim-related leaky drain damage. His demeanor was professional as well. And his crewman, Klaybin, did an amazing job at re-drywalling all damaged areas and topping it off with a clean and smooth paint job- can't even tell there was damage! To say this company was professional is not enough... They took great care to hear my concerns (trust me, I'm an interior designer, and I'm PICKY!) and their work ethic was as good as Home Tech's promise. And did I mention Ms. Marcy? She was the "glue" that held the whole project together--- communicating with tact and concern--- and making all the paperwork and scheduling a breeze. My house feels like "home" again! During this delay, the roof leak and internal damage worsened significantly. * Incorrect Materials & Refusal of Itemization: When workers finally arrived, they installed plastic ridge caps instead of the metal materials specified and paid for by insurance. When I requested an itemized invoice and bill of materials, the co-owner, Katie, refused to provide one--claiming that small jobs require higher markup and providing invoices would prevent them from making money. * Financial Mismanagement: After weeks of asking for my remaining balance, I was forced to mention reporting them to the Better Business Bureau just to get my refund check issued. Three weeks after depositing the refund, my bank notified me that the check bounced due to insufficient funds. * Unprofessional Conduct: Management actively avoids accountability, shifts blame onto their inspectors, and dodges calls. While Samir was helpful in trying to move things forward, working with Katie and executive management was a complete nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and hire a company that honors its schedules, uses proper materials, and maintains basic financial integrity.

We chose an amazing color, and the crew was very fast and efficient. The roof looks great. Only thing to watch - we also replaced the wood paneling and skylight. One of the workers was blowing debris off the rooftop and blew a lot of it right into the hole where the skylight was missing and all over my kitchen. Cleanup was solid and fast the next day, and the follow up inspection was great. There were a couple of areas where there was a gap after the installation of the drip edge. Devin came out and took a look, but never returned to solve the issue - so I had to use foam seal to make sure no bugs/bees got into the attic. They worked with my insurance company and the cost for the entire job was well within budget and was very affordable.

I got her the information initially, and then a day after they finalized the initial estimate came back with 1 tweak, which they were more than happy to adjust their estimate to accommodate. Not once did I feel like the process was a burden. Saint's estimate was very competitive; however, we received a similar estimate from a contractor we had used previously for a lot of work and were familiar with their work product. Because of my positive experience with Saint for this estimate, I'll be saving them to reach out to for future projects. This was one of the most professional estimate process I've been through for a contractor project. I would recommend Saint Construction based on the extremely professional estimate process. They were prompt to respond to my request for quote, detailed in their quote and responsive to all of my questions. When the work began, I noticed right away that they were very detail oriented, and hard working. And they conscientiously cleaned up at the end of each day. I had a family emergency mid-way through construction and they were so patient as we had to do some collaboration virtually and get creative with access to the property. The onsite team gave me very good advice on several things to adjust, small changes to the plan that overall really made a difference -- these weren't "upselling" which sometimes occurs, but just them giving advice based on their experience. This would have been a disaster as the remaining siding was 25 years old and there was no exact matching of the siding. Through the advice of Mike we were able to better negotiate with our insurance company and was able to have the entire side of the home re-sided. It took several months of negotiating with the insurance company but both Mike and Jason stayed on it and today we have our home repaired to better than new condition. The two gentlemen who worked on the siding were very patient and careful. The work was completed at the highest level with clean neat caulking and siding that fits snugly against the wall. I contracted with this shady business in June to do a partial bath remodel. I wanted new frameless…read moreshower doors, new grout, new cabinets, new shower floor tile, and new hardware including a filtered shower head with a separate wand. You would think such a small and easy job would take no more than 2 days, right? It took TEN DAYS!! TEN!!! They originally estimated 2-3 days for the remodel. The lack of professionalism started on day one. The day they were scheduled to start the work, they show up in a regular car and just looked at my bathroom and left 4 minutes later promising they would come back the next day. There was never a question asked about what days worked best for me. They never showed up the next day. In fact, no one came anytime that week. I got a call from June the CEO (allegedly) who told me the cabinets were on backorder. After a 3 week wait, Four Seasons scheduled my job. The day they were to begin, they brought the supplies and put them in my garage. No one ever asked me were all the items I wanted correct. NO quality check--nothing. Then the workers asked me what I wanted done. They were sub-contractors and Four Seasons management never BOTHERED to tell them what the job entailed. These subcontractors were FAR more professional than Four Seasons and they even felt frustrated by the unprofessionalism and lack of communication. Although I kept asking them was the shower door frameless and a pivot door (the box had no pictures or description), they told me yes because they assumed it was. When I was busy working, they put an old-fashioned, FRAMED, sliding shower door up. I was horrified because it was NOT what I requested. To make it worse, it was below the quality I had in there before they started the job. At least mine had a pivot door. Who does a bathroom remodel to put a door from the 1970s in??? Just Four Seasons, apparently. The subcontractors explained they could not take it down because they had drilled holes into the stonework to put it in. It would destroy my stonework to take it out. They also said Four Seasons had not provided the frameless door I wanted anyway--even by day Ten. They told their boss who told Four Seasons. June, the alleged owner called me--not to apologize about how long this simple job was taking, but to complain to ME (who had taken off of work) about how long the job had taken (10 business days) and that their employee who made my contract had "really done a lot of bad things and was fired" and the job had taken "longer than we expected" and he was "not making any money" on my job. He demanded that I pay extra for a frameless door because they could not spend any more money on my job. I wrote him an epic letter in response telling him that I was disgusted by his ask when they had purchased inferior, bottom of the barrel materials for every part of my job (Home Depot variety) and I did not appreciate it (from a cheap towel bar and shower head that was not filtered like I asked to a shower head without the separate wand as I requested to the $40, 1976 shower door). Everything about the materials were cheap and discount basement. They also subcontracted the job out to another company that I never vetted. Four Seasons did not give a damn about whether I wanted that to happen. I did not. Four Seasons issue was with that company that they hired--not me. If they took too long, how was that MY fault? To add insult to injury, two weeks after the job was "complete" (allegedly), the sliding 1976 shower door they installed came off track. We called and called Four Seasons and they promised to come fix it on Tuesday, then Wednesday and then Thursday. They never showed up either of those days and failed to return my calls. I definitely need to sue them. If you are on the fence about a bathroom remodel, I hope this review convinces you to RUN! It would be better to just go pick up some day-laborers outside of Home Depot. They would do a better job and care about the finished product unlike Four Seasons.
