We were traveling and started having power problems with our electric power plug. I found Tom's service and told him when we would arrive at the campground so he could meet us to assess our problem. He arrived before we did....you know California's law about mph when you're towing...laid out his tools and got to work. He repaired the plug, plugged us in and we had power!! we had a leak inside our travel trailer and needed a quick repair before an upcoming trip. I called Mr Rv Mobile repair and in just a few days Tom came to our home. Tom quickly located the leak and made the repair. He also fixed a outside electrical switch and we were good to go. I can't say enough about these guys! I randomly called them after a Google search and am glad I did. We had a slide out issue along with a broken bed issue the day before our vacation and Scott scheduled Tom to come out same day. Tom called and knew immediately what the problem was with a quick explanation of the issues. He came and checked it out, did a temporary fix on the bed, ordered the part and told me to have a great vacation. (We were able to make the slide out work well enough for the vacation). Once we got back Scott scheduled Tom to come out and finish the repairs. Slide out works great now and the bed is fixed to my liking. Scott went way beyond what I would expect. My electric awning stopped working so he told me if I gave him the last eight of my Vin number, the make of the awning and the RV information he would contact the manufacturer, contact Lippert about the awning so he could order the correct motor. He also contacted the extended warranty company who was telling me I was only going to get reimbursed $75 for mobile repair. Scott told me that's not the case you should only have to pay our service fee and $100 deductible and the rest should be paid by the warranty company. He called them got all worked out, got the motor ordered and got here within a day. Tom was the one that did the work, extra friendly, extra helpful even took a look at our door that was jamming up into Rv and fix that too. I will take short vacations to Oroville to see Tom and Scott if I have any future RV issues as they are second to none! read more

I was gifted an RV for a deal I could not refuse. With this gift came zero explanation on what needed to be taken care of immediately or what would be needed to upgrade/repair. I mean, all I need is no roof leaks and heat right? Well, in the middle of the night the furnace started screaming and then I lost all 12v power. I had to run my generator 24/7 to have power and heat, if I could manage the initial 15-25 second furnace motor bearing scream which I later found out was one of the issues this trailer has. Google search can make any situation worse or in this case better. Tom came out to the duck club where I keep my trailer, gave me a crash course on how these things work mechanically and electrically as well as what I needed to take care of in the future. He also showed me how to manually light the propane refrigerator/freezer and got my oven working by shifting a wire that regulates the temperature. I will be giving Mr RV Repairman a call to replace the furnace motor after this duck season as I can tolerate the scream. 5 stars, highly recommend. Thank you!! read more
