When the waitress arrived, she expected us to already know what we wanted, and my husband did not notice the "menus" and asked for one. Anyway, was it good? No. Flavorful? Also no. Needed more sauce, and I think they used canned mushrooms...yuck. Plus, the crust edges were burnt, not appetizing. The positive about Fricanos is it didn't make us feel like hot garbage later or the next day, like many chain pizza places can. If Grand Haven thinks this is good pizza, then I feel bad for the residents. :(

Multiple mussels were still closed shut when served. For such a small number of mussels, I would have hoped they would have replaced the closed mussels rather than expect the customer to pry them. Although their pizza can be the best in the area the past few experiences I've had with them was horrible. If I have it delivered it takes 2 hours, pizza is cold and the driver not at all appologetic. If I go pick the pizza up the staff isn't the nicest. How much can you tolerate for a pizza that can at times be great. Maybe I'll try again sometime down the road. But deffinetly not any time soon. read more
