This place it located right by Patel Brothers (Large Indian Grocery Store) and multiple other Indian stores in that area. Although this place has no links to the Middle Eastern heritage but the owner has done a decent job creating ambiance setting at this Hookah Lounge. We went there on Friday night around 9PM and my first impression was not very positive. Ventilation for Hookah Lounge was subpar and you can see a layer of smoke in the lounge when you enter. They have their front door open with a vacuum cleaner parked by the main entrance. Their menu and hookah selection is not very extensive. There were couple of appetizers listed on the menu and some coffee and tea options. Prices were on the higher side. I felt I was paying 5 star lounge prices at at 2 or 3 star place. We ordered Matka Chai (black tea) and a other drinks and appetizers. However we were informed they were out of appetizers. Hard to believe that ran out of food on a Friday at 9pm when 75% of the lounge was empty. One thing that made me very unhappy was that we were told that we can't sit there unless we order hookah. But that will allow us to sit there for 10 or 15 minutes without hookah. Was extremely surprised by that statement as our order for drinks and other times was over $200 and they were required us to order hookah. Service was the biggest disappointment, their staff lacked the basic courtesy and were downright rude. Towards the end I put 30% tip and not a word out of the servers mouth and telling us thank you for visiting them etc. Based on the lack of food options, horrible service and expensive prices. I will not recommend them. There are plenty of other options in Naperville area that you should try before going there. read more

Smelly place even for a hookah place. I did not come here to smoke but to have coffee and an desert. The coffee arrived promptly along with a slice of cheesecake. The coffee was fairly standard something I could of made at home. The cheesecake looked like it was from the frozen section from Jewel. Prices not cheap and when you say you don't want to smoke they look at you funny. Yeah I just want coffee ok I don't want your hookah and your $9 tobacco. The biggest problem with the place was that people were smoking cigarettes inside including all the employees. Mr Shesha's is the ish. period. Mainly because of the calm environment and atmosphere. The place has a warm, cozy feeling. Nothing too flashy. Its a good place to spend 2+ hours just chillaxing with some friends. The menu has a great variety of flavors including some House Mixes, which I recommend trying once-in-a-while. To add on, Shesha's is a coffee house, so there are herbal tea blends, coffee, pie, etc available till a certain time at night. Lastly the place has is always busy and there are often interesting people there to meet. The owners are cool and will hook you up if you are a frequent visitor and they recognize you. So its a good place to chill and smoke hookah. Its kind of located in an odd corner, and the road has a lot of potholes, but I recommend you try the place if you're tired of Dhuwan and Exhale. While the hookah was very good, I'm not really sure how one hookah and one water bottle ended up being 46 dollars. I was never even told the total upon paying either which seemed kinda odd. My +1 and I ended up at Mr. Shesha's for coffee only: it was nearly 10pm and non-alcoholic post-dinner options were limited. I don't smoke tobacco and have never had hookah (yeahyeahyeah), and was initially a bit worried about the potential secondhand, but it was a total non-issue. It wasn't smoky at all: just slight aroma from the various hookas. I ordered the Elephantccino ($6) which came in an adorable grey mug with an elephant head/trunk handle. I wish I had snapped a pic! It was piping hot and DELICIOUS! My +1 had a frappuccino (thought it was $4) and a Jarritos. Our total was $15, which was more than I thought it would be.. Service was SUPER friendly. I think the guy who helped us was Adam: he checked in on us multiple times. I also appreciate we weren't made to feel weird or the odd peeps out. Bonus that they're open super late! This place has been open for a while. It is definetely one of the places to go for hookah in Naperville. It offers good hookahs, good food, a nice selection of smoothies and Teas. They have some card games, board games and other games if you feel like playing a game. They have good music in the background and two televisions that usually have sport games on it. The owner (Ehab) has a good relationship with the customer and is usually around trying to help out. It is usually packed on the weekends and slower during the weekdays especially during school time. 4 stars just cause the location really sucks (suburbia strip mall...ugh). Other than that, I'm a huge fan! Great little hookah joint with an African-Arab feel. The owners (who are SO friendly and wonderful) are Egyptian. So naturally, the ownership lends itself to a warm and inviting environment with nothing but proper Arab hospitality. African Serengeti decor adorns the walls, for a neat (although a little unexpected) twist. This is a ideal place to come with some friends and just relax. Of course part of the allure of a place like this is to just chill out for a few hours...you will never feel rushed to leave, or pressured to buy anything more than you want; that being said, the employees are generous and insightful with their suggestions about what to try. My advice is to grab one of the smaller couch areas towards the back, order up a hookah, coffees and desserts, and pull one of the games they have stocked (Scrabble!). The brownies are delish, the coffee creations are heavenly, and the smoothies are yummmmmy. Smoothie flavors include combinations of fruits like banana, kiwi, mango, papaya, as well as coconut. Two great flavors are The Eye of the Tiger and Victoria Falls. I'm by no means a pro at hookah smoking. In fact, I go for the experience and surroundings, not for the actual smoke. So, I might not be the best person to attest to the quality of the tobacco. Love coming here, staff checks on you frequently and music is loud and targets 18-25 yr olds. They play a lot of old hip hop, latest club songs, and music you the know the words to. You've ever heard a song on the radio that brings you back to that one summer? Yup, its playing here. They have events 10 dollar massages and other stuff. I've never came on the other days but they definitely know how to draw in a crowd. Offer free bubble blowing for you to have fun while smoking and drinks are reasonable. I always get the zebraccino its very delicious and sometimes they put a cool design on it. I always tell them I love mint whenever i come in and to just "hook it up". The names of their hookah's are cool too. This place has been my go-to place for over two years now and back then with out a doubt, I would have given this place three stars. The staff has changed since I first started coming here and I suggest coming here and giving this place another chance if you didn't care for it the first time around. Side note: music can sometimes be loud on Friday and Saturday night which sucks when your trying to have a good convo with friends. And keep in mind if you are adding on people its $10 per person. So even if you order one hookah for $22 for your and a friend, and two people join you later and you all just share that one, you'll pay $40 together between the four of you. The place is just rundown looking and HOT inside (hot as in someone has 40 ovens running simultaneously); there are fans circulating air, but I need air conditioning on an 85 degree day if I'm going to be inside, trying to enjoy myself with my friends. The coffee here wasn't that great (Elephantccino), maybe I'll have to try a different one next time. The smoothies were really good (especially with it being soo hot in there.) If you don't want coffee or smoothies, they have energy drinks, water, etc in a cooler to purchase. Not sure if you can bring in your own food or drinks (alcohol). They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from and are always making the best flavors of the week. This is by far my favorite hookah bar. The guys that work there are always super nice. The prices are decent and the sitting areas are really nice as well. The only thing that isn't my favorite is the location, and that's not something anyone can change so it isn't a big deal. Me and my best friends went in tonight for a casual night, and got some of the best service we've ever had there. Alex was amazingly nice and was extremely prompt on coal changes. He gave us a surprise flavor and we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend this place every time any one asks me about hookah bars (or even when people are just talking about them.) All around I have an amazing experience every time I'm here, and plan on continuing going here for a long time. I went to this spot last night for the first time and was some what impressed. The atmosphere is great and it doesn't get TOO loud, which sometimes can ruin the experience, especially if you're trying to chat with your friends. I did think the $10 minimum per person was a little pricey though. My friend and I got the "Sex with a Smurf" flavor and it was delish. The owner was nice enough to bring the container to me before I ordered so I could determine whether or not I wanted it. My friend and I spent about 2 hours there and the service was pretty great in terms of bringing new coal, checking up, etc. The only issue for me was the time it took to get our hookah delivered to our table (about 15 min) and the place was about half full (BTW- If you're a chick hoping to meet some cute guys, this place doesn't supply them). Also, the owner was sweet enough to bring my friend and I an amazing fresh mango & strawberry smoothie for free. Overall, check this place out if you're looking for a cool spot to hang out at that is well lit and keeps doors open to help filter the smoke out for a clean air feel. read more

Tired them for the second time. First experience was horrible, was hoping to try them again and get a better experience since I just moved to the area. Very unorganized, had to ask for coals multiple time, did not come once to check up on us. Ordered 1 shesha, 2 teas and 1 water bottle total came out to be 27$. After fumbling with the coals for a few min b/c of how harsh it tasted, we couldn't find the girl or any staff member behind the register that could help us out!! And for a while actually!! I can always have a good time at this place. Even if my day is complete crap. Even though, every once in a while, a group of snobs will come in and demand eveything their way and then piss and moan when they dont get it, even though that happens quite a bit, it is FUN to look at the employees and send them a smile to let them know it'll be ok. Almost as if to say: "Hey Bud!" or "Hey Sweetie, dont let them get you down. Even thou the world is filled with pricks like that...you do have people like me that appreciate you for who you are and appreicate this place for what it is!" Went to this place last night for the first time with two other people. We loved it. I wasn't sure what to expect since I haven't been to a hookah bar in over 8 years but I would definitely recommend this place. The guy at the front counter helped us with what to order and how the pricing works. He was super nice and friendly. I thought the customer service was excellent. The inside is nice and clean. They have board games, movies and music playing inside. Some people were just hanging out smoking and others were playing Jenga and cards. The atmosphere was great. This is a no alcohol hookah coffee bar. Hookahs were nice. But this plays lets down on food and alcohol. There is no alcohol and all the food offered is directly off the super store. We ordered the hummus, pita and ice tea. All that came in packages directly picked from a super store. read more

You're the owners best friend if you go there and pay the minimum all the time and not question him about the quality of the service. all the hookah flavors, IMO, taste the same. Its the closest hookah bar to my home so I go here once a while but I wish they treated you better here. Quality of hookah is poor at best and the $20 for Starbuzz hookah is outrageous. On a good trait, the place is comfortable and their hommos is very good. When you go here, make sure you are clear on the minimum policy (especially if you're going as a big group). A group of ten can easily end up spending in the upwards of a couple hundred dollars. read more
