I love this place. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. The place is small but very cuzzy. I usually go two to three times a month and I only go to this place to smoke hookah. The guy working there, Nenos (hope I spelled it right), is very nice and friendly and love his hookahs. He also makes the best Chai latte and hot tea ever. I've been coming here since Ehab first opened 5+ years ago. Naturally this might bias my review, but I have been to other hookah places both in downtown Chicago and also in the suburbs and Mr. Shesha's is my favorite. This place has a great atmosphere and really, that's what it's all about when you come to have a smoke. The laws in Illinois changed that disallowed establishments like these from serving food, but I still come here once every couple of months and always have a good time. read more

I've been going to Mr. Shesha's for about 9 years, since they opened. Compared to the other hookah bars in the area, it's much cleaner and the atmosphere is more welcoming in my opinion. I think I like it so much because you can come in a read a book by yourself or hang out with a group of people and it's just very relaxing. They have a huge selection of tobacco flavors and custom flavors made by the staff. Everyone is always really friendly which is cool because it's like a big hookah family when you go there. I really wish they still had a kitchen because they used to have the BEST BREAD EVER. Just saying. But they still have coffee drinks and some food. The humus is really good...I always ask for less oil on top though. I give it a 5 star based on how nice everyone is and how relaxed the atmosphere is. read more

It was really awesome!! Ok so its in a little strip mall with a big parking lot. It says coffee house above it only, not hookah or anything. There is a 10 dollar minimum per person and a 10 dollar minimum for cards (so that works out). Its easy to split the bill, when you go up just each pay separtely. You go up each time to order at the desk. They have extra coals up there too for free and the tips come with it for free too. The menu is a bit confusing but nothing is overly expensive. We had 6 people in our group, we got 1 hookah and a bunch of drinks and snacks. No alcohol. We only spent 10 dollars each! The hookah with an average size tip thing (premium) is 15 to 20 dollars and you split the cost. The snacks and drinks say how much they are. The Chai Latte was amazing!! We got hummus and pita (its soft pita) was really good and for 50 cents more you can get extra bread (they give a lot of hummus). The popcorn is just microwave popcorn but it was really good. We also were given this bowl of bubble stuff and a top of a water bottle (cut off) and you can blow smoke bubbles. Super fun! Def would go again. read more

Let's start it here, I live in Westmont where there are a few hookah locations, which I absolutely refuse to visit due to how at home I feel at this establishment. The staff here will make you feel like family and will constantly do what they can so you are comfortable when with them. The tobacco quality is at its highest and the service is perfect. Bottom Line: WORST Customer Service. WORST hookah service. RUDE people. I won't ever step into this place again in my life. Experience: We were 10 people and they made us open the tap with minimum of $100. We were celebrating one event and went into with a great jovial mood. They didn't come to take our order so we went to the counter and gave the order. Our hookahs came with very ok ok flavor. They just came for once to change coal. When we again asked he just gave us an artificial coal and told us that ignite yourself!! Really!!! Ok, we finished our order so we had to go the counter to ask for check. He just told that bill is $75 and closed the tap to $100. Very politely we asked if we can get some drinks to go and we were denied. Ok, then we asked if we can just get some drinks over here. DENIED !! Why??? It is 1 :30 AM, we still have right to order, we haven't left the table. Why would they deny us?? We asked what is the problem and they told us that it is our policy that we won't give anything to go or won't give any bulk drinks. We were 10 people and just order 3 redbulls. Can't each one of us have a redbull? But NO !! We said it is unfair because they are charging us extra $25 without giving any service or food/drinks or merchandise. Each time we would say anything and we would get a super rude reply. Finally I told that if it is your policy we are more than happy to follow it if we were informed about the same when we entered. Adding to it, I told them that at least you should have it written somewhere, so people can read it. And to my shock, person named ADAM, shouted in a sarcastic manner that yes yes we will put a big sign board for you so you can read it. I asked for name of the person at the counter and person who shouted at me. They pointed out the card and told that I am more than happy to contact the manager. I asked again that can I have the name please, and ADAM shouted from behind that write my name write my name. I am ADAM son of the owner, so basically you are talking with the owner. Really!!! This is how they are doing business!! If he is really son of the owner, I think it is tuff to have a profitable business from this place. Owner needs to look into the matter. Adding to it, we told them that we will sit there for another half an hour (till 2 which is their regular business hours) and order more but they still denied. They were very rude and reluctant and just wanted to have those extra $25 and not give us any service. I used to go to this place before for the hookah and the food. But I very quickly discovered that they charge way too much for the hookah and give you a small smoking bowl. The atmosphere is great and very chill. But there are other hookah places around the area that don't overcharge and deliver the same type of experience. read more

recently started going here and cant even stop!! its GREAT. everyones friendly! met the owner first night and by the second night everyone remember who me and my friend were! we try a new blend every time. we everything taste great and smokes good. we feel welcomed and wanted, and just just for our money but for the friendship. even on what they call a slow night i see over 20 people there and its great chitchatting with strangers around us. amazing vibe. amazing time. i would recommend this to EVERYONE who smokes hookah!! read more
