This morning I had a tire issue, so I decided to try them for more than gasoline. They have a full-service car repair space located directly onsite, so I figured they could help with my tire. Sure enough, I had a roofing nail lodged in my front left tire. The attendant was wonderful and fast. He patched my tire for $20 and I was on my way. I appreciate the location of this service/gas station especially this morning when I was heading to work. If I had to go anywhere else, I would have been late. It's not a huge issue if I am late, but I really hate being late... it's just a thing with me. This is where my 5 stars really ring out. Because I was able to get in and out fast, because the attendant was so nice and because I feel it was a very fair price, I rate this service station 5 stars. I don't know how to do these things myself, so I panic a little when my tire light comes on in my car. Peace of mind is huge. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name this morning. If he reads this review, thank you! Don't forget to tip your service people for doing things you can't do or don't want to do. We were rudely approached by a man sternly yelling from the other side of the lot "Hey hey hey, you can't work on it here" - he then told us we had to go to the next parking lot over, Or pay $50 to have them change it on-site. While I wouldn't have minded paying the money & honestly probably would've given them more money if they offered to help and/or didn't make us pay before working on the car. The manner the owner went about the interaction was distasteful at best. The worker who was assigned to work on the car for us was very nice and helpful- and was able to change the tire In about 15 minutes with the proper tools. Maybe they're better with appointments and more specialized work, but from our experience, I can't recommend them. Not sure who pissed in the owner's cheerios, but a few classes in communication & customer interaction would be beneficial.
