I went and had the steak and cheese which is delicious when I actually had a nice bite that had meat in it. The problem is there is barely any meat! I was basically eating bread and mayonnaise. Like a pathetic amount of meat on the sandwich. read more

This place is awful. It's dirty. Got a a hamburger on a bread roll an the meat was the size of a quarter. My buddy got a steak an cheese an the meat was a damn steak Um an he only got one slice for 14 dollars. Biggest rip off ever read more

Not sure what the hype is about, it's ok but that's it. Some people LOVE this place. I find it to be just a middle of the road sub shop that prices are on par with subway. Staff is friendly and they are pretty fast. Make sure to ask for less mayo if you want to taste the other ingredients. read more

When I worked in downtown Jasper I brought this home almost every Friday night and sometimes more than that. I had a couple of occasions lately to get it and it is sooo good! Everything is so fresh. The price is competitive but the food is so much better then Subway! Don't waste your money at any other sandwich shop - save yourself time and money and go to Mr Subs! You'll be glad you did. For some reason it says it is closed online when it is really open. Dont write it off just because it says it is closed. Call and find out! read more

Fresh baked bread. Fresh cut meats. What more can you ask for? Mr. Subs has been a Jasper staple for years. Their subs aren't the thickest sub you'll find... but their some of the best. Gets very busy at noon. Somewhat limited seating, but there's always a spot. A keen eye can spot the sly Walker High School students who slipped out the backdoor to grab a quick lunch. read more

Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and last but not least the most delicious food in Jasper. It has its own charm to it that I just don't feel in other restaurants. There are limited places to eat in Jasper that isn't fast food so that's already a good thing. Also there are plenty of delicious and healthy options to choose from. Worth the trip down I-22! Whenever I visit family in this "neck of the woods" I must stop at Mr. Subs. The steak and cheese is my favorite however pretty much anything they place between the bread is delicious. Really nice people behind the counter as well! read more
