Do not trust this shop! They will destroy your car! I came here over 4 months ago to have a set of tires installed that I purchased online. From the start, it was obvious the technician moving my car into the bay was not competent driving a manual transmission--he stalled it multiple times and repeatedly revved the engine. While pulling the car onto the lift, he did so without a spotter. I then heard another technician yell for him to stop. Moments later, I watched multiple employees gather around the car and attempt to lift it by the fenders after it got stuck on the lift due to the car being too low. As a result, they damaged my vehicle: the underside of my front bumper was mangled, and the fenders were scuffed/scratched from being handled improperly. What's worse is that nobody told me any of this. They finished the job and tried to hand the car back "as if nothing happened." When I inspected it, the front bumper was visibly crooked, and the underside was clearly destroyed. Only then did the manager admit they had "an issue getting it on the lift." The manager said the repairs would be handled through their insurance. As of today--roughly 4.5 months later--my vehicle still hasn't been repaired, despite repeated calls and back-and-forth with Mr. Tire corporate and the store manager that have gone nowhere. On top of the damage, they failed to balance my tires correctly and over-torqued my lug nuts to roughly double the factory spec. Overall, this was careless work, poor communication, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. read more

I got a groupon to this location and they said that the groupon did not cover the cover my vehicle because my vehicle was high millage. Which it was not. Then they charged me for the full price of the oil change and did not discount the price I had paid for the groupon. This place is a scam! Run the other way! I purchased a Groupon for an oil change for $31.99. When I made my appointment over the phone, I explained I had a Groupon, gave the year make model of my car and all. Keep in mind I said the Groupon was for $31.99. I drive over to this place, get to the counter, I cannot remember the guy's name but he then proceeds to tell me the oil change is going to cost more than the Groupon. I ask how much and why, he proceeds to tell me it'll me $50+ extra because my car needed synthetic oil. I point to the Groupon and say look right here. This Groupon is for synthetic oil. He then proceeds to say my car needs a certain type of synthetic oil which was a lie. I left. Basically tried to get over on me and charge me full price for an oil change even though I had already bought a Groupon and of course the Groupon is non-refundable so this company got paid for doing absolutely nothing but trying to get over on me. First time coming here and definitely is the last. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL. Please go somewhere else where they won't try to get over on you. read more

We are very happy with the service provided. I have a Tahoe and they were the only ones that had a tire at a reasonable price with road hazard. They had (2) sets in stock , both 70k Mille tire .. Michelin or Yokohama's P275 -55 R20. I went with the Michelin's because I thought they were better tires. The next day the staff discovered the Michelin tires I bought qualified for a $70.00 mail in rebate, so they called me to tell me about it, and told me how to apply. Very honest ! Great quality ! I guess the service manager came out and took one look at me and decided to treat me like a dumb female. he told me my tire was shot and could not fix the tire. that it was on the fire wall and I needed to buy a brand new tire. If I could give these gentlemen 1,000 stars, I would. To be specific; Glenn Phillips and Larry Brown were rockstars to me. I came in for a standard oil change as I was about to drive 9 hours the following day and unbeknownst to me, I had a large nail in my tire. Typically when you hear "come on back, let me show you a few things" you know you are about to get 'upsold' for things you don't need. Larry was able to specifically show me the nail, the tread on my tires, and explain the implications of said damages. I was in a tough spot because I had to drive 9 hours the next day - so I had to get a new set of tires. They were able to promptly order tires to get to their shop same day and replace them the same day. Larry was hospitable enough to drive me back to work and we had pleasant conversation the whole time. Glenn scheduled my maintenance via the phone, was extremely polite, and threw in a little discount on my oil change. He also told me the tires they initially ordered did not come in a complete set - so with no additional cost, I had a slight upgrade to my tires. I walked away spending a solid chunk of change, but for once, I felt relieved I was taken care of and with no issues. They were extremely polite, courteous, and helped me out a bunch. Took my car in on 9/13/19 because I had an issue with the front passenger wheel. Didn't get that fixed since the check engine light came on that morning. These guys took all day Saturday to diagnose a misfire due to a bad coil pack. Said they didn't want to replace since they weren't getting the code on the specific cylinder that was misfiring. My car has one coil pack for all four cylinders so the code wouldn't tell them a specific cylinder. Told them to replace the coil pack and what do ya know - problem solved. duh. They also used a coil pack coating close to $260 dollars when parts that cost half that are available. I'm done with these guys. read more

Was shopping around for tires. Came in to Mr.Tire and they were able to get me better tires than I wanted for the same price as the lower quality ones I had been given pricing on at other places. They had the tires in stock and squeezed me in and installed my new tires on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend Mr.Tire if you want good tires at a competitive price. My go-to mechanic. I've been getting excellent service since 2009. They know their customers by name and go the extra mile for them. They always price match and their work is reliable. Today was my first time at Mr. Tire and Jim took great care of me. He was very friendly and helpful telling me all that they would check on my car while doing an oil change. He honored the coupon I had and didn't try to up sell me on any unnecessary service. He recommended getting new brake pads after two more oil changes and said he would check them again when I return. Be careful before you use one of their $20 oil change coupons. They say they check all the fluids, but the next day I got an alarm that my coolant was low. I took it back up there and they said I could wait two hours and they would check it. Then I found out later that they didn't put the cap back on when they changed the oil filter which caused it to leak. I ended up just taking it to Pepboys across the street and paid $60 to find out the problem and gave it fixed. read more

I just went to oil change since they had $9.99 sign for oil change out on street, Lady explain that my car need synthetic oil, fine that was $58.99 I agree, they did check my tire and found air leak on one tire, I ask them to do patch thought might be $5 or $10 !! Wrong !!! my total bill was $99.00 including that oil change, So I assume they did patch my tire for $40??? never go to this business again. Horrible experiences, they don't fix your problem completely. They figure out ways to charge you more on repairs. Trust me, don't go there! There are some many options for tire replacement and repairs out there, this store is pretty shady and not solution focused. I took my car in to have my tires replaced and then noticed a noise from the front left wheel. I took it back in and had them rotate the hubcaps because they told me they put the worst hubcap on the front left side. How customer focused... I think they did it to get to me to buy rims from them. I went back in and 2 of the guys were sitting at the desk talking. They stated it was going to 30 minutes to look at my car and then when I mentioned the noise has occurred since they put the new tires on, then they decide to drive my car around and diagnose the problem. After all of that, I now to have pay close to $600 to get my wheel bearings replaced, which was never stated prior to my visit on May 26th. I am so not happy and looking to take this issue higher, I don't feel like I've been treated fairly and I hate to feel like this is a racial issue.
