First time at this location but I will be coming back again. Great service... got me in right away for my oil change. Our car needed a tire rotation also, but they said they couldn't do it. They were full. Then when I tried to schedule a time that I could come back... all of a sudden a spot opened up and they got me in. There is a Starbucks next door you can wait at if it takes some time... mine did with the tire rotation. However, honestly.... It was expected. The service was great! The guy who did my service was almost too po light... seriously a good guy. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Took my vehicle in for an oil change late June. Over the next few months I noticed a slight oil leak. Vehicle was then taken to an independent shop for inspection and they found two oil leaks, one at the oil filter housing and one at valve cover. Oil filter cap had been found to be over tightened (either over-torqued or an impact was used) and cross threaded leading to the oil filter housing cracking, oil leak, and expensive repairs. After looking back, this appears to be the second Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers location that has performed a subpar oil change leading to costly repairs within a year. read more

Made an appointment for an alignment and oil change. Got told they could check the alignment first to see if it needed one. Lo and behold, an alignment was needed (as the appointment clearly stated) and I was charged $64.99 for an "alignment check" in addition to the $129.99 alignment. For the oil change, was asked what oil to use. Said synthetic, but if I would have been made aware that it is a $36 upgrade over conventional then no way would I have used it. Effectively 100 wasted dollars. Completely predatory business model. If you decide to do business here, MAKE SURE you ask the cost/up charge of everything. read more

I've been coming to this Express Oil Change for the past year or so. I've had 2-3 oil changes with no issues thus far. Today, I showed up around 20 minutes before 6:00 PM (Close) and was denied an oil change because they "close in five minutes." Had it actually been 5 minutes before close, I would understand, but to be denied service almost a full half hour before the stated close time "because it takes too long" is unacceptable. I came here for a brake fluid flush and couldn't have had a better experience. You pull into the bay yourself at their direction and they serve you from there. In addition to state inspections, this place also does inspections for used car purchases and are very thorough. If you are buying a used car, you can bring it here so you make sure you are not buying a lemon. I did get out of my car for the brake fluid flush and the whole thing took about 30 minutes with no appointment needed. Not sure if I got lucky or if it is always like this. I've needed an oil change and cringed at the thought of my typical "same day" experience buggering up my day. I found Express highly rated and gave them a call. Ray was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He told me they had no wait and five minutes later I was there! I drove onto the rack (expertly guided) and the service began. On March 7th. I had work done on my Honda Civic, replacement of oil pan. The cost of repairs 735.15. April 27th I broke down on 400. I called a wrecker and had my car towed to a shop. The next day I received a call asking if I recently had work done on my call. I was told the compressor was not bolted down. Taking off the compressor was a step in replacing the oil pan. Apparently all the bolts had not been put back. This caused more damage, resulting in a 1,011.62 bill. I spoke with Ryan Shannon, at Express Oil change. He stated that auto shop lied to me and I should have got pictures. I should have ask Express Oil change for pictures of work completed. I told Ryan I would like to speak with a district manager, two weeks later nothing! Not only is this shop lacking in experienced mechanics, also customer service. read more

I made an appointment for a tire rotation and balance and then to get my oil changed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Especially the gentlemen who initially checked me in. However, I was disappointed when all they did was take the tires from the front of my car to the back (no criss cross pattern) without balancing them. I specifically booked an appointment and paid to get my tires rotated and balanced. If I just wanted them rotated, I could have gotten it done at Discount Tire for free. Awesome service. I went in during my lunch break and they went as fast as they possible could. The manager recommended that I contact my dealer to get clamps that were missing off the box that holds my air filter. He then decided to look to see if he could find something that was able to hold it. He was able to find clamps that would work. This saved me time and money from having to look on my own. I also thought this was pretty thoughtful considering no one had ever volunteered to do that before. I also needed new tires for the front and the gentleman working on my car also pulled 3 quotes for me. Very thoughtful that he did this without me requesting. While waiting for the oil change to be completed, I was able to review the quotes and tire information. I was referred to this establishment for their expeditious service. As soon as I got off work (Thursday afternoon), I made my way to get the GA State required "emissions test". I didn't want to do it over the wknd b/c it's just not an errand I find worthy for my wknds. I also wanted to get this done after work so I can avoid the traffic. I didn't expect much of the place, but, pulling on to their black top- the grounds were very clean & they serviced plenty of cars I noticed but were strategically parked out of the way from the bays so that in/outbound traffic can flow w/o NE hinderance. LuVd that!!! When I pulled into the drive way, I was greeted immediately, and asked what service I needed. There were six bays (to my recollection & short term memory). I was ushered into the bay as soon as I pulled in. The two service techs were very pleasant & got to work immediately. I wasn't there no more than 15min to include all the formalities of the service & small talk. I had a screw in a tire on a Friday afternoon so I pulled in, the place was busy (because they're good!), but Radhed worked me in. Not only that, when he said it would take an hour he offered to let me use his car to run home and back. Unbelievable! This is my most hated, dreaded errand - usually b/c the men make me feel uncomfortable and try to push extra sales, even after I say no. My last experience in particular (at a completely different business) was awful due to incompetence. Brian at Express Oil Change Haynes Bridge Rd couldn't have been better.
