in an effort to evade an accident today, I ended up bagging a curb and blew out my front right tire. Mr. Tire @ Jones Bridge & State Bridge was the closest shop, so I went there for help. Bingo, Richard at the service desk not only had the proper Michelin Defender 2 replacement in stock, but took me right in for immediate service. 45 minutes later, I was back on the road; one satisfied customer. We came in here to get our two front tires replaced (because one of them was flat). It took all day - about 6 hours. When we picked up the car, we noticed the tires were unaligned and the car was driving towards the right. After noticing this, we called the shop right away and they said they would check it out. So we brought in the car a week later (because that was the only time that worked for us). They said to come in at 1:30 pm. We came in right on time and they front desk guy (who was very rude) said the master technician was out to lunch and we would have to wait at least 30 minutes. Horrible scheduling and no respect for customers time. I'm not sure why they told us to come during the technicians lunch break. So we decided to go somewhere else. We took the car to another tire shop and they said that the new tires were installed (by Mr. Tire) improperly and that's why it wasn't aligned and causing the car to move to the right. Which we had to spend another $95 (on top of the $400 plus) to fix this problem. Very disappointed with the service and will not be back. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the initial woman working the front desk was very nice. read more

I highly recommend Mr. Tire on State Bridge Road in Johns Creek for Auto Service. I have been a customer for 3+ years, and the team is very helpful, professional, positive and great to work with. Their pricing is very competitive and even better than their competitors, they do great work and work quickly. The Manager walked me through each service being done, and answered all of my questions. Staff was friendly but would not recommend to take your car for service. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation since I was getting ready to drive a long distance. However, after driving off my hood kept lifting up so I pulled over and saw that my oil cap was not put back on, which I know can be a common mistake. But my wheels started squeaking when I hit even the littlest bump and also wobbly after jumping on the highway and when I was coming to a stop my steering wheel started shaking, which never happened before taking it here. I took it back and they test drove it, tightened the wheels and said they didn't know what it could be. So I just left because I didn't want nothing else to go wrong. When I was about 600 miles from my destination my maintenance required light came on and I called my mechanic and he said that the light usually means I need an oil change and/or a tire rotation, so now I have to pay again to get the same services I paid for 4 days ago. read more

I chose this Mr. Tire location due to the excellent ratings I saw online and wasn't disappointed. I scheduled a oil change appointment online which was very smooth and convenient. I had to change my drop off car to I'll wait and created a new appointment. As stated I would receive to emails one to show they accepted my appointment and the second to confirm my appointment and time. Once I received my second confirmation the time was changed so I called in to make sure which time was the correct slot and without a doubt Mack handled everything perfectly. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted with excellent customer service and no wait time. While waiting I watched as Mack engaged with his customers as if they were family talking of the normal sports and such. While finishing up on my car we even had a few conversations and I must say he is a delight to keep me entertained. I really recommend this establishment to anyone in the area. read more

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Disappointing that others have not had great (recent) experience. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them. They are always honest with their service; don't try to rip you off. I was here on 6/20 for my Jeep and back today (6/25) for my family Honda Odyssey. Recently coming to them saved me (financially)...my Jeep tire blew out from running over an old brake disc while crossing Jones Bridge/141 Hwy...with the tire protection program...all I owed was $15. And, if something happens while I'm traveling with work, they are there to help me wife. They will help get you to/fro somewhere while car is being serviced. They keep great records and can help you understand how your car parts are transitioning over time. Both on 6/20 and today, it was Shawn (Swanson) who helped me check in my vehicles. First of all, please be known that this place provides a $10 off service if a review is left. So carefully look at the reviews. I've been a customer of this place for more than 2 years. I took my van for an oil change on June 13. After the change, it was leaking oil profusely. I didn't notice it for some time because now I am not driving much. I took it back on August 27. The guy said they fixed it (John, the manager was not available on that day). When asked he said "The drain nut was a bit loose. We tightened it." But it was still leaking. I asked a friend of mine what's up and he checked by lightly tightening the nut which confirmed the nut is stripped. John checked it and said they didn't do it. Then he said, "I asked the guy who looked at it later and he confirmed he didn't touch the nut." Then he offered to replace it if I pay him the labor charge of $220. Now he is saying he doesn't have a record I came later on, contradicting what he said earlier. So, please be aware. This place was better when the previous manager was here. Not anymore! The one is tough for me, because previously I would have given 5 starts. On 7/30/21 I went in to get my front 2 tires replaced. When they were complete, I noticed they went into my center console to retrieve the wheel lock key. Prior to the visit, I had withdrawn $100 from the ATM and placed in the center console because I was preparing to pay my landscaper in cash. When I checked, it was gone. I searched everywhere and even had the manager come help. The manager was helpful and agreed to ask the workers to empty their pockets and search their toolboxes, but the money did not come up. Of course, I realize I should not have left valuables or cash in my car when someone else works on it, but I just never thought it would happen at a reputable place. Needless to say I consider this a $100 lesson for myself. I did call the police and file a a report, however, there is only so much they can do if there is limited evidence. I will say the management seemed helpful, I just can't say the same for the maintenance crew. I know some people will think I its possible I misplaced the money, or never had the money to begin with. This review isn't to convince anyone, just wanted to share my experience because that's all I can do at this point. read more

I called Mr. Tire yesterday morning after calling Pep Boys, AAA, and NTS all local. I wanted a quote for a patch tire and the wait time. Mr.Tire didn't have a wait time and the price was better than the others. Chad the service manager was very professional and pleasant over the phone. I arrived 15 minutes later and as soon a Chad heard me he expressed that you just called about the patch. Needless to say he took my keys and took my car right in shortly after my car was fixed and I was on my way. Chad provided me with great service if another problem ever arise I will most definitely take my car back there. read more

This is the only place I would go to to get my oil change and tire services. I had a big cut on my run flat tire, they were able to get me this special tire the next day at the best price. I had dealt with 2 different managers there and always satisfied with any work they have done on my vehicles. Unlike other service centers, Mr. Tire workers are honest with their work and would recommend necessary work only when needed. Went to Mr. Tire yesterday to see if they could fix a flat tire. My 27 year old African American brother went in to ask the cost and how long it would take. He was told it would take 45 minutes and cost $25 even though there was an employee outside doing nothing at the time and their website states they repair flats for free. After going across the street to PepBoys, I learned the tire could not be repaired and I'm spending around $1000 this morning for a set of brand new tires for my luxury SUV. Mr. Tire would be the cheapest option for my tire purchase, but I'd rather spend more money going somewhere that treats all people honestly with the same level of service. read more

I have gone here in the past and had my oil changed and have had good experiences. I recently went in and my bill was higher than normal. i spoke with the older gentleman at the counter and told him that was not what i was used to paying with my Mr Tire card and said discounts offered by the center. He discounted the oil change and i was on my way. the following day he called me to discuss what i was told when i opened my account to what was actually supposed to happen with the charges. when it was all said and done, i now know what the cost of the oil change will be each and every time. i want to thank him for taking the time to address my needs and speak with his bosses to help with the situation. i will continue to go here for my oil changes. Horrible service. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning for an oil change. There were only a few cars in the parking lot. I came back at around 1:00 pm and it was still sitting in the parking lot. The guy at the front desk said "Im pulling the car in now". I went home and came back at around 2:30 pm. The car was still in the parking lot. I talked to the guy at the front again and he said "No, I said it was NEXT to be pulled in, you didn't hear me right". Ridiculous. I then just go to Kroger to do grab some food. I came back and he tells me I need new tires. I declined due to the poor customer service. (To be fair, i inspected my tires and I do need two new front tires, I will get them at discount tire). When I declined, he looked at me and said "Ill make a note in here in case you get in an accident when you leave here". Talk about poor wording on his part. He then says the tech is driving my car around for me. I wait outside for about 5-10 minutes for my car. I will NEVER go back to Mr. Tire for tires or an oil change. Todays date is 1/29/2016.
