This ride is a classic. It is located near King Arthur Carrousel and next door to Peter Pan's flight. This ride is more for little kids, but you can still ride it as adult. It takes you on Mr. Toad's adventure. He was naughty. LOL.

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride opened on July 17, 1955 and is located at the Fantasyland area of Disneyland. The ride is a two-person ride where you go through the different scenes of Mr. Toad including the countryside, courtroom, and jail. Similar to other rides at the park it's a slow moving ride on a track and spins around. It only lasts about two minutes and is good for kids but not as exciting for adults. I would only go if I had time to kill and it was a short wait.

The Baseline: For a theme park attraction, a quality experiences must be provided, the attraction must be fun and engaging, an immersive environment must be established, the queue line must be themed, and safety must be a top priority. Attraction: Disneyland is the only place you can ride this ride. It is an original 1955 opening ride and is a dark ride experience through the Wind and the Willows. Nostalgia alone gets the 5 star rating but it is a genuine fun Fantasyland dark ride that takes you through London without having the long wait for Peter Pan. Queue: Relatively fast queue and wait time that is well decorated rendition of Toad Hall. There are some nice photo opportunities but this is a queue that is worth it if you see a 20 minute or less wait time for it.

Loved the 1949 animated film it was based on, The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad growing up! So we were excited to take our daughters who had no idea what it was lol! There are some aspects of the ride that can be scary for younger kids. I'm looking forward showing the movie to my eldest! SYOY! :-) *Song Credit: Voyage @iksonmusic

A must ride when other attractions are super backed up. The perfect filler ride when all the kids have gone back to their hotels for a nap. My son enjoyed the feeling of driving and taking the steering wheel. Lots to see in less than two minutes. I wouldn't consider it wild.

Always a fun ride. A true classic. Lines can get long but it always seems to move along quickly. Cast members are extremely kind and friendly. The experience is unbeatable. Loved as a young child and simply adore it now. Full five star experience.

This is one of my favorite rides in fantasyland! We always go during Star Wars Nite so we never get a line to ride the ride. The whole ride from beginning to end is so amazing! I just love the nostalgia feel to it! My kids love this ride as well!

This is said to be one of the scariest attractions in Fantasyland. It certainly was exciting and the sauna of hell at the end was relaxing in cool weather. Line moves quickly, much faster than ppl In the line. Highly recommend, especially when the line is not winding back and forth.

Located in Fantasyland. It's a fun ride to go on when all the other rides have long wait times. Wouldn't wait more than 15 minutes for it though. Lots of sharp turns. The story is a little dark so I'd be mindful bringing very small children.

This ride is a classic in Fantasy Land, and holds a lot of nostalgia since I rode it many times as a kiddo. I would definitely be mindful of really small children riding as eludes to hell, which made me scared as a little little. Definitely fun to ride if under a 25 minute wait, but I wouldn't wait 30+ minutes.

It's not that I never wanted to visit the other parks, it was more the circumstances never found me in a position to go. That all changed during my most recent trip to California; I was staying in Orange County with Disneyland Resort a short drive away. That being said, I made plans to visit during one of my days out there. DLR is made up of two parks, a couple of hotels, and the Downtown Disney area, however this review is specifically for the DL park so that will be the main focus. DL opened in 1955 and is the only Disney Park designed and constructed under the direct supervision of Walt Disney. By comparison, DL is most similar to the Magic Kingdom in WDW - so much that they sometimes call DL "the original Magic Kingdom". The park layout is almost like a wheel, with Sleeping Beauty Castle in the center and several themed lands arranged like wedges around it. Each land has attractions, shops, and eateries that match the aesthetic. While there are an abundance of similarities to MK, DL holds its own in terms of uniqueness. There's a different princess castle as the icon, the restaurants are different, there are a few rides that are only found here, and some of the overlapping rides are found in other WDW parks (ie, not MK). You definitely get immersed in the Disney Magic while there - it's hard to describe the feeling, probably best to just say they call it the Happiest Place on Earth for a reason! While DL is definitely a 5-star experience from my perspective, I personally would only return if it was part of a greater itinerary. If I lived in the Western US I might feel different, but I wouldn't fly out from the East Coast just to visit; DLR is not big enough to warrant a dedicated trip. That being said, if I *did* live local I would come frequently and likely be an Annual Passholder. Overall, I had a great time at Disneyland - it was a truly magical experience.

Our first ride was the Guardians of the Galaxy Breakout. We were thinking Disneyland's Indiana Jones roller-coaster, but it was Rocket's Tower of Terror. Being dropped multiple floors was quite an intro to the park! After arriving to the Avengers Campus, we saw Iron Man, and met Antman, Dr. Strange, Spiderman, and Black Panther. The Dora Milaje put on an awesome and interactive performance, and the Avengers assembled. We also saw Black Widow and Shang Chi in passing. I like the characters here a little better because they give the same energy with their adult fans as they do with the children. Disney pricing is what it is, so eating a meal beforehand, bringing snacks, utilizing the fill stations, and a frozen Gatorade (as your large ice cube later) are helpful. We ate lunch at Pym's Test Kitchen. I got the Philly and he got a chicken sandwich. The Philly was pretty good and the chicken sandwich was ok. We walked throughout the entire park and did some shopping. Disney Adventure Park was a lot of fun! I'd say our "magic moments" were meeting Antman, Spiderman, Dr. Strange, and Black Panther, and them taking that extra time with us like they do with the kids. Both parks have characters, but Disney Adventure Park's characters seem more aware of the adult fanbase and embracing of both adults and kids.

My favorites were the basketball games and Connect 4 basketball. We played a few rounds of laser tag, which was super fun, but a lot of the equipment seemed broken that day. They also couldn't split us into teams, so everyone was playing individually instead. The go-karts were really fun for a group we got a whole round to just our coworkers. Some of the karts definitely felt faster than others, which made things interesting. We also did mini golf, and the course was much bigger than I expected.
