UGH! Local here, I know when you order, the time is not correct, but hey, usually no worries. Ordered a large pie and 50 wings. Tonight took about 1.5 hours for delivery. Called a little before 7pm, arrived 8:30pm ish, after being told 40 minutes. The issue was, pizza basically cold, wings luke warm, live less then half a mile away. Called to state this issue, told it gets busy during dinner time, um, this was almost 7 PM, and was the food stone cold or luke warm, it was both! Gentlemen stated well box it up and they would replace it, I chose the "no" option because I didn't want to wait another 1.5 hours plus family was hungry and had started to heat it up (air fryers are the bomb). I usually never vent, but this hit a nerve, so if you are looking for something in a timely manner, you might want to rethink ordering from this location. read more

Decided to give this place a try a few weeks ago. I am glad I did. This is my new pizza place to go in Niagara Falls. I have only gotten slices here but I was pleased with the product. It had just the right consistency of ingredients for me. I also tried the steak sub which was what I consider a typical Niagara Falls sub. read more

Here is my first time experience. Mr. Ventry's is open until 2am on Monday's. I called at 1:04am for a delivery (I was a 7min drive away according to Maps) and the call took 3 minutes since the guy put me on hold. So by 1:07am my order was placed and I hung up. Waiting.... Waiting.... Waiting.... At 1:49am I called back and asked if my order (a small cheese pizza and an order of BBQ wings) was on it's way. The guy answered no and said, "It'll be on it's way shortly." Okay no problem. Waiting.... Waiting... 2am rolls by... Waiting some more... 2:20am I call again, asking if my pizza was actually coming. The same guy said it left and the guy was on his way. HHungry and waiting... I realized I could have walked there and back (23 minute walking distance) already! The guy finally pulls up at 2:32am. After being surprised by the cost, I regret not asking for the price. So now for the taste test.. the pizza was unfortunately a major thumbs down for me. The wings were only okay. Based on this experience, I do not recommend ordering from here due to very poor service and my opinion of the food. Note: I also found it quite strange that the driver randomly told me his father just died. Why would you tell a complete stranger out of the blue? Maybe he was just trying to guilt me into giving him a larger tip. Not sure what that was about. read more

The food was okay but the wait was horrendous even though I placed it on the phone. Furthermore my order was wrong so I had to come back to have it exchanged. Also they have a nasty attitude. One positive they are open later then anyone else. read more

Delivery was fast, both the delivery guy and the guy that took my order were nice and to the point. My husband got pizza and I got wings. Now we are from Chicago, so pizza is sacred, but we both thought the pizza was decent (even though the pepperoni was kind of weird looking, which didn't affect the taste). I really liked the hot wings though... they were classic style in buffalo sauce, which had a good flavor, were slightly crispy served with blue cheese on the side. The price was not bad and bonus for being the only delivery place open late. I had a good experience... I would order again. read more

I never thought I would be somebody who orders pizza every week, I never even used to like pizza and wings all that much but my fiancee and I love the Ventrys on 22nd and Pierce so much that we order from them every Friday after we clean the house. Small pie, mild wings, and two orders of fries. We hate to go a Friday without them. The food has always been good and hot. The pizza is nice and cheesy with the perfect amount of sauce (I don't like overpowering sauce). We've never had an issue. :) I don't care for the neighborhood very much but it's very close to home and the food is well worth it. So typical Sunday afternoon, Bills game on and a few fellas were over to enjoy the game. Food is a must so I ordered from Mr Ventrys (downtown). I ordered a combo special of pizza and chicken tenders at the beginning of the game to be delivered. Approximately an hour later the food came, driver took funds and off he went. While taking the food to the kitchen to put out, I stopped to catch part of the game. By the time I put the food out and I realized they had delivered wings not tenders and the driver was gone. I called Ventrys and was told they would get out the tenders ASAP. 10-15 minutes later the Same delivery guy shows up and comes to the door, he asks for the wings back. I told him I wasn't the only eating the food and the others didn't know I had gotten tenders not the wings. In other words, the wings were almost gone. He then leaves with the tenders. I call Ventrys again and explain the situation Again. NOW I'm being told they want the wings back and without the wings it would cost me an additional $16 for the tenders!?! That they can't be out the cost of the wings and tenders. I told him to get it from the guy who made the mistake, the delivery guy! He then informed me that is not how it works. So this guy makes the mistake and I have to cover the cost of it!! WtHell?!? Pizza was average. Won't be buying from here anymore. Check your orders people or YOU will be paying up! read more

I have not had Ventry's Pizza in a long time so I decided to give it another try. Of course I ordered their Old Fashion pizza which is just a plain pizza with only tomato sauce, spices and parmesan cheese. I was not disappointed as it was as good as I remembered. Will have to return their again in the near future. read more

We were a group of 15 people that showed up at midnight on a Sunday night. The pizza guy estimated 1.5 trays of pizza. He was spot on and it was the perfect amount. The pepperoni slices were bite size with crispy curled edges. The cheese pizza tray tasted amazing too not to mention the excellent price of $20 a tray (24-30slices)! My go to pizza spot for slices. I have been coming here for over 20 years. Slices are cheap and almost always available without having to call ahead and 9/10 times, there's some coming out the oven nice and fresh. The Salads are pretty good too. There's nothing like pizza from Niagara Falls and slices are only about a buck to $1.25 each. read more

The worst customer service in Niagara Falls. They actually charge you $2 to use a credit card. In 2015 they actually charge to use a card ! As if that's bad enough when I ask if they will take a check instead of the card because of this terrible policy I get a snarky answer where a simple "no" would suffice. Anyone that only waited 2 hours for delivery is fortunate. My family flew in from Las Vegas, and ordered from here at 11:45 pm local time. The woman on the phone said it would take 45 minutes. It is now 1:30 am and no pizza. I have called back twice and were reassured our order was on its way both times. If I had not paid with my card over the phone, I would cancel this order and just wait until the morning. Big mistake ordering from this place. The pizza showed up at 2 am. Food was decent, but they took nearly 2 hours to deliver and it was cold when it got here! Then it was only half of the order! When I called back they kept wanting me to call back because "they were busy". I had already paid for all of my order! 30 minutes later we received the rest of the order and it was also cold! Arrived in Niagara Falls at 845PM with a hungry family of 5. Not much is open on a Sunday night after 9, so we searched Yelp and found Mr. Ventry's. Looks to be in a nice neighborhood and 3 tables were filled when we pulled up. MANY people picking up orders as we waited 20 min. for our pies. The staff was VERY busy - and I placed my order, paid and sat in a booth until it was ready. We live in NJ near NYC and are used to ordering quickly and moving aside. But my daughter attends college in mid PA now and she felt they were a bit "short" with us so maybe that's why some are rating their customer service a little low. I didn't feel that way at all - they were just very busy. They even wished me a Happy Mother's Day as we left. The pizza's were DELICIOUS!!!! We ordered 4 toppings one one and it was a HEAVY pizza but the dough was fully cooked through and crispy crust. The smell in the van was to die for and we couldn't wait to get to our rental home. They were so generous with their toppings that max you could eat was 2 slices. This morning the smell in the refrigerator was still so good that we all had leftovers for brunch. If I could give this place less than a star I would. All we did was simply order pizza to be delivered to our hotel room less than a mile away. Immediately the guy on the phone acts like he doesn't want to be talking to us. He then gives us attitude after every question when we just wanted a simple large pizza, with a Coke. After our total is given he just hangs up. Over an hour later the delivery guy arrives, who is very nice, but he doesn't have a card reader. So we are then required to call the pizza place back because they never asked us for payment. Even though everything that happened the delivery guy was nice so we asked to leave a 5$ tip. The man on the phone again is ignorant because we didn't pay on the phone, even though we were never asked, then gets attitude about the tip. Finally at the end of the call he confirms the amount which is not including the tip and hangs up. Over all delivery was average, pizza quality is good, customer service could not have been worse. read more

The location isn't the best but the pizza is usually pretty good, though sometimes it can taste differently, I suppose they lack being able to have all the cooks, cook the same way. The price isn't bad, either and sometimes they will just hook you up with a little more than you actually ordered but no extra charge! read more

Ordered pizza and was told it would be 40 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes, I called to ask how much longer and I was told it would be delivered. When I asked how long it would be, the guy said it will be delivered and then hung up on me. I then tried calling back and the line was busy for the next 20 minutes. When I finally got through, the guy put me on hold for 5 minutes and when I told him to cancel my order he hung up on me. 10 minutes later (an hour and 50+ minutes after I ordered) the delivery guy called and was looking for the address. I explained that we had cancelled the order and he did at least apologize for the mistakes. He was surprised that they didn't tell him the order was cancelled when he called back for the address. I recommend that people stay away from this place if they want their order in a reasonable amount of time and expect some respect from the order taker on the phone. read more
