The banana pudding was not as good as some I've had in this area. The components were stacked in the little cup not mixed together, that left the wafers very dry and the bananas quite brown as the air got to them. Air that was down in there as the texture of the pudding was very thick and stodgy :( Very friendly service and a great open communal seating area.

Then she asks someone if there's "anyone who needs seats" and grabs 2 menus & approaches the table again, this time I explain the whole situation & she gives a half assed apology & tells me she has "2 people who need this table now." I relent & go back to wait by the door. After another 6 minutes of waiting our food gets brought to the dining room by another server & she has to go find us by the front door. Now I'm eating in my car, the fries are delicious & perfectly crispy with a soft fluffy inside. The pepperoni pizza is delicious with some nice small slices of pepperoni so they aren't split between bites. & the burger tastes pretty good, the patty is well toasted & the brioche bun is a nice touch. The food is fantastic which is a bummer because I don't think I'll be frequenting this location if service continues to be like this. With so many dining options available, I chose Jake's Burgers after hearing positive recommendations from my brother. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how organized and spotless the restaurant was. It had a welcoming sports-bar atmosphere that felt both relaxed and inviting. I was promptly greeted by J.T., the host, who was kind, polite, and welcoming as he escorted us to a booth. Our server, K.T., was friendly, efficient, and attentive. He quickly brought us water, took our order, and thoughtfully repeated everything back to ensure accuracy. We started with the fried mushrooms ($8.99), which arrived hot, juicy, well-seasoned, and pleasantly spicy--just as promised. They were easily some of the best fried mushrooms I've had in a long time. For our main course, I ordered the Classic Double Cheeseburger on a poppyseed bun with all the toppings ($11.79), while we also tried the Jake's Special Burger with the works ($11.79). Both burgers were incredibly delicious--juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend giving Jake's Burgers a visit. Hope to see you there!
