Not only did the delivered food sit and rot on my front porch for a week, but they made a 2nd delivery on day 7 so there were 2 weeks worth of meal preps when I got home on day 8. When I got home I called them and told them what happened and asked them why they did not pickup the food when they arrived 7 days later if they still had me on schedule? They said they have no record of me putting it on hold to begin with. And that all they do is deliver and pickup empty bags!! Lmfao. So I said what the hell do you do? Just deliver food and collect money with no concern for your customer's well being since you notice rotting food and do not say or do amything sbout it? They still refused to give me a refund and they lost my business forever.
