We did take-out which was a mistake because the bun gets really soggy and that's on us, but we didn't want to stay because the ambience is not great with low lighting. They have that open counter where the workers stand outside of the operations and bag the takeouts. The patrons are supposed to stay completely away from it, 10 to 15 feet even though the tables are 20 feet away. They told us to "stay away from the counter" when I went to ask where my order was. Why do they have an open counter with workers bagging right next to seating area? They should have the workers work from inside the kitchen area like McAllister's, chipotle, McDonald's and all the other restaurants. So not a great experience. They were really rude about staying away from the counter, so bye we are never coming back... there are better burgers out there.
