The burgers were tiny, like half the size they used to be. Patties were dry. The side of fries was super small as well, like kids meal size or something. I have only ever been here twice and a year apart. It's always a positive experience (minus parking in the fountains in general). Stopped to get a burger while walking around with my baby girl. So glad we got to experience this- the customer service, quality of food, everything was so good. Yet, paying over $25. just for a hamburger made from one grade above chuck is still not worth it without traditional sides. However, Burger Lounge is a great, tasty and fresh made exception. It passed my fresh ground all quality beef taste test with a buttery brioche bun and real 100% cheese, plus truffle mushrooms, crispy lettuce leaf and decent slice size of tomato and accompanied by large cut onion rings with just the right portion of crispy, crunchy dipped batter. The house cut potatoes maintained a firm potatoe texture and flavor without the oily residue. The potato fries remained firm even when no longer hot. So many others at most places become limp if not eaten immediately. Their hand crafted house brand sodas should be included with unique refreshing flavors. The location is also aesthetically cheerful, relaxing and with a people watching patio in Roseville's prettiest outdoor cluster of shops and restaurants at the Fountains near Roseville Parkway and Galleria Blvd. However, I would still want to know what are the beef blends as their hambugers seem to have a richer taste than what is expected of any chuck. read more

Very disappointed with how far this place has fallen. We used to love this spot when it first opened--great food and solid service. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. On multiple occasions, the meat has been undercooked, and we've even found hair--clearly beard or body hair--in our burgers. It's extremely off-putting. To make things worse, animals are allowed in the food area, which raises serious hygiene concerns. This is no longer a place we feel comfortable eating at. The fries was yummy and crisp and the grass-fed beef on the burger was flavorful... the presentation was much better here too than the location in DoCo. I chose the housemade hibiscus lemonade. We came here with the family during the week for dinner . The inside was very clean and organized. You order at the counter and get a number the food gets brought to your table . They have a lot of drink options from like Mexican cokes to organic juices . They do offer some beers for the adults . On Tuesdays the kiddos eat free with an adult meal . I heard the good things about this place from my wife and I was not prepared for it to be as good as it was. Walking in, the space is welcoming and gives off the feeling like you're going to someone's kitchen in the garage or the backyard where they souped it up to make it even cooler. We enjoyed our burgers and drink and our time together. The noise level was not too loud and not super quiet. This is definitely a place that I would like to visit more often and makes me think that it was a Sunday on a Friday. The price is reasonable the food was served quick, at a good temperature, and absolutely delicious. I especially liked the impossible chicken nuggets and the dipping sauces. As we were about to finish up our meal, we were approached by one of the workers who had a QR code for us to fill out at our convenience.
