It's conveniently super closer to where I live and the rating made me choose this place. I inquired on pricing on installing an exhaust piece and an oil change through Yelp and the business replied very quickly. Not long after I received my quote for the service and was pleased with the pricing. I made the appointment and I happened to drop it off a day prior since I ended up having free time. Later in the evening I received a text notification that the car was ready! I was surprised at how fast everything was completed. An awesome thing about the shop is they even have after hours pickup. There's a lock box outside where your keys will be kept in and you'll receive a combination for the specified box. The inside of the building is super clean and the waiting area is spacious, with couches and a bar style sitting area. Service was excellent. Josh was my point of contact in the beginning and Nick was the person who collected payment and provided me with the keys. I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs!

I spent hours and days calling my local shops to see what they could do for the large area of damage to the left rear of my car, and few of them responded or answered my messages. There are many body shops in the area surrounding RAC, but RAC is a diamond in the rough, and my time was completely wasted until I dealt with RAC. When I arrived at the shop, I had arranged a time where I would work with Sean to repair my car, and Sean told me he could repair the damage seamlessly within 3 to 4 days. Given the far more expensive cars being worked on at RAC, they assured me and left me with the feeling that I would receive the same level of care and attention to detail the more expensive cars would receive on my car. I have heard horror stories about body shops damaging cars and rushing through jobs, but RAC is incredible. The communication throughout the entire process was superb. The price for the work was fair, and given the level of attention to detail and work I received, I do not regret one penny or ever taking my car to RAC.
